My partner and I enjoyed a wonderful 10-day stay at this beachfront property. The immaculate room came equipped with all advertised amenities. The attentive and friendly staff provided exceptional service throughout our stay. The complimentary breakfast was delightful, offering a great start to each day. We frequently dined at the hotel restaurant, which impressed us with its extensive and delicious menu selection. The hotel's prime location offered direct beach access, and we particularly appreciated that beach loungers and umbrellas were included in our package. This added value enhanced our vacation experience. This hotel delivered everything we needed for a perfect beach getaway.

Two points of feedback: - Cleaning could be every day instead of every two days. At the very least towel changes every day given its a beach environment - Breakfast could be improved as it was little variety and not the best quality

Extremely clean, front desk girl was very friendly, parking very convenient, the beach was great and very practical with good sunbeds, restaurant made good pizzas and overall we could walk around Livadh easily. Made for a great vacation!

The wifi could be a bit better. But it was not really an issue since we spent most of the time either at the beach or the pool

We had such a relaxing week here. The hotel is in the perfect location, right across from the beach. They provide sunbeds, beach towels, and a great breakfast, all included. There’s also a nice pool if you want a break from the sea. The staff were amazing, always helpful and kind. Their restaurant across the road has fantastic food, we ended up eating there several times. Everything was easy and stress-free, just what we needed.

The bathroom window was directed to a laundry room. The door isolated us very good from the noises, however, due to a glas door, the room was during the night very bright.

The walls (and door) are pretty thin, so you hear a lot of noise from outside. There are small windows in the door, so it lets a lot light through in the morning.

Very nice and helpful staff working there. The room was very clean and comfortable, airco worked good. The beach is very close by and there's always a sunbed available for you. The pool was very nice, gets cleaned regularly and is not busy at all. Breakfast was fine, but not a lot of variation.

Small hotel located in Livadhi beach in Himarë. The hotel offers nice rooms (although a bit small) but decorated with touch with AC and fridge. The hotel is beachfront, with free sunbeds at the private beach. Breakfast is served at the restaurant at the beach. A nice swimming pool is available. The Livadhi beach is really nice, quiet and with crystal-clear water. (much better than other beaches in the area)

Emma on reception was super lovely and helpful. Milio - lovely guy and also very helpful. Room was fabulous - very clean and modern with a twist of bohemian. Had everything I needed. Breakfast was self service and I had some lovely iced lattes - the staff I the restaurant were also super nice - you felt welcome. Sunbeds we're a doddle to get and the sea was divine. Had plans for going South and wanted to come back buy it was fully booked on the dates otherwise would've stayed again!!

The beach is a pebble beach — not sand — and tough on the feet to get in and out of the water (similar to most of Himare and Ksamil in that regard.) Recommend bringing water shoes or Tevas. But, the far end of the beach by the Blue Bay restaurant is sandy and warmer water, just a few minutes walk down the beach.

Perfect location steps from the beach, which has gorgeous water and beautiful views. Everything is recently updated, the staff keep it super clean, and the restaurant is really delicious while being affordable and with awesome service. Great breakfast buffet and delicious lattes in the morning. Beach lounge chairs are very comfortable, with nice shade from the umbrellas. Conveniently located next door to a mini market, and a short walk away from a couple of other great restaurants (Jester and Blue Bay). Easy parking in a private lot behind the hotel. We loved borrowing the hotel’s tandem kayak and exploring the coast to the north, great secret beaches and caves to check out.

Nothing not to like about this place.

Excellent hotel. We stayed for 3 nights. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The whole place was spotless. Our room overlooking the pool even had a washing machine for us to use. Plenty of parking out the back. Great restaurant as well Entirely recommend.

Just Wow! Clean rooms, friendly service , beach just in front of the hotel beautiful and clean, close to everything (if you have a car) . The restaurant was gorgeous, and Mikli and Franci made our stay and absolutely delight! We have found our favourite place in Albania and we will be back soon !
