The hotel is new; opened October 2024). It is clean and shinny. The personnel is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is served at your table and consists of eggs, freshly baked bread, fresh fruit, coffee/tea, and orange juice. The hotel is located a 15-minute walk from the castle and has enough parking spaces. One more thing: the hotel is located on the tenth floor, and breakfast is served on the roof with a great view!

The room we were in, was a bit small

It was very modern, the view omy it was beautiful! The breakfast was lovely (they even bought a melon specifically for me!). The room was clean & the staff were very friendly!

The hotel was perfect for a business trip - clean, comfortable rooms with gorgeous views of the surrounding mountains, reliable and strong Wi-Fi, and a delicious breakfast featuring local specialties. To top it all, the staff is exceptionally warm and welcoming. A great value and highly recommended! Please note that the location is slightly unconventional - the entrance opens directly to an elevator that takes you to the 10th floor, as the hotel is located on the top two floors of a building. I did not mind this at all, I was just surprised on arrival, so I want to give a heads-up to future guests :)

Some limited road noise in the morning. Area immediately surrounding the hotel might be considered less-than-pristine by some people but ideal for the adventurous.

Unusual location on edge of downtown. About 10-minute walk to the heart of the city, including to the ground-level castle complex. A modern 10-story building with a store on the first floor and then apartments; hotel rooms separate on the 10th floor only, with a rooftop restaurant/breakfast area above (hotel entrance is a separate elevator accessed from front outside). Rooms are modern and comfortable; ours offered a tremendous view of the city and surrounding mountains. You can park on the side of the hotel in its own lot (we had no problems with our rental car). If you can walk into the city center, there are many dozens of restaurants, coffee shops and stores, which are packed with adults and families in the evening. City is generally not a tourist mecca; can be a bit gritty in locations, including near the hotel, but we felt no danger and really enjoyed our visit. It's a bustling city, and a way to see how real Albanians live. Made-to-order breakfast in the morning on the rooftop was excellent (lots of food). Staff was friendly and helpful.

Very loud room, you can hear everything that is going on outside, as the reception is just outside. If you want to sleep, bring ear plugs. It's a pity as it could have been really cool...

A very unusual brand new hotel located on the 10 th floor and just a minutes walk from the city centre.The access is only by lift that takes you directly to the top of the building.The door of the lift opens at the reception area.To get inside the building you need to press a call button on the entrance door and later use your room card.The view to the city is wonderful from the room.You find everything you need to have a comfortable stay.Everything is new and very clean.You also have a mini bar.The room is very warm,the bed is comfy to sleep on.A nice separated shower zone,all the toiletries you need,a hair dryer as well.The WIFI works perfectly well.The staff speak English and are really hospitable.The parking space is rather limited but you may leave the car in front of the hotel and the reception will keep an eye on it via cameras. Breakfast is included and can be found on the terrace .First,you get a breathtaking view to the city from the restaurant terrace and then you may have your hot coffee and wonderful served breakfast.They even ask you how you want your eggs made) I liked everything about the hotel.Thank you for hospitality and good clients to you !))

The hotel is very new, close to the center and with a gourgious view (10th floor). The staff members are very very friendly, helping with everything you need. The terrace on the roof ist really worth to be noticed! Wonderful! Rrofsh!!! :)
