The hotel is advertised as 4 stars however without pool, any room service, nor elevator to carry your heavy luggage downstairs or upstairs it’s really should be 2 (or 3 stars on a good day). We had a ground floor room, which any person on the way to beach or to usually busy Principotes bar next to it, could easily look into our room. When we came back from a day trip, to our utmost surprise our back garden beach door was wide open, so theoretically everyone could have easily come and take all our belongings. Imagine that! We believe that the cleaning crew left the wide glass door open deliberately to air the room, as the air conditioning which wasn’t used until this season made a terrible smell.

The good things, The hotel has a small beach to it although this beach wasn’t tempting to go, so we decided to avoid this pleasure. The lady in reception called Cassandra was very friendly and extremely helpful with any request, so she slightly made it up for the disappointment of this overall experience.

The restaurant was only partially functioning - barely nothing on the menu. No housekeeping cleaned our room for 3 nights we stayed. Breakfast was average - barely no hot food only omelette to offer. No drinks selection at all and don't do cocktails even though it's on the menu.

Check in and check out went smoothly. Staff are all friendly and helpful. Very close to the beach. The view was superb. Could do late check out with no additional charge.

There were often no staff at the reception. The restaurant wasn't serving food in October but there were other lovely restaurants nearby.

Spacious room with great facilities. The beachfront location was ideal, and easy to walk to the rest of the town. Breakfast was nice with a good selection, and 3 kittens! Plenty of parking. The views from the balcony were great.

Difficulty with the late check out, wanted to stay longer but it wasnt possible (the hotel was almost empty). Something went wrong in the bathroom - you couldnt sit on a toilet normally because right in front of it there was a sink.

The staff member that looks after the beach was more interested in sitting with female guests than looking out for hotel guests.

My wife got food poisoning from the dinner there. As we found out later, so did a number of other guests. I asked the house staff for water and extra linen. Never happened. We asked for the last day to have a taxi arranged. Didn't happen. There was no one at the reception, so we had to book our own, which in Albania means a tourist double rate, and we almost missed our next connection. In short, go there, don't eat there, don't rely on staff for anything.

slightly small bathroom The menu' of the Dinner was slightly poor. For the breakfast Cappuccino is not incuded. All extra are quite expensive. Was missing something simple to eat for the lunch. Some time the music from the local nearby was to high. Is missing an area for the kids

Location is good because the Hotel is in front of the beach and the view from the room was great. The Restaurant in front of the beach where start the day with a good Breackfast. All Staff is really kind and Tony is a great host. Good service also in the beach

We had a great holiday - really good, but there is a nightclub next door (principotes)- it’s loud and on our first night was pumping music way into the early hours. And was very noticeable the other nights. My kids didn’t care but I do like my sleep - so be sure to take some ear plugs to sleep in if you do ! You can’t add items to your room so if you are on the beach you have to lay there and then - so be mindful of that (not a complaint just advice)

The location was great. The staff were super helpful. Tony the manager made sure we were looked after Easy check in - 2 mins ! Check out a bit longer as they check the room. Clean fresh bedding, yes the towels were a little crispy but I’m guessing they are dried outside. If The staff listened - when we felt rushed at the half board dinner, we asked them to slow the service and they did. I’ve seen lots of comments on here but really if you aren’t happy with how something is, ask for it to change and be team really do try to please. Sun loungers are also available to the public, but we asked for a front row, and we got it, yes there are only two allocated for a family room, but we asked and were allocated an extra. But it wasn’t high season. Lovely cocktails, nice beach service and the team tried really hard to please. When my son lost his hat they all searched until it was found.

Dinner times were a bit late for our family and we were told we could not bring food to the room when our daughter was sleeping. we ate elsewhere but it would have been nice to try the food considering dinner was included in the price.

The loud music from two doors down spoilt the atmosphere of the setting.They have no consideration for any off the nearby hotels .

The walls area little thin.. You can hear the families in the next room quite easily. So it was bit disruptive at times. Breakfast is included but pretty basic. Need to improve the selection.

The hotel manager, "Tony" was very accommodating and helpful. He admits his staff needs a little more training as the tourism business is booming. The rooms were very clean

One of the best location in Ksamil. Sunbeds right next to your bed. Small hotel very modern and comfortable. Big terrace at the room
