I think its better if they provide microwave and electric kettel in each room.. so we can reheat our food and we can make our soup and coffee at night

Lovely big rooms. Very clean very friendly staff. The area is near a very cheap lovely restaurent. Much quiter up this end of ksamil. We found somewhere to swim. Breakfast good Would stay again

We really enjoyed staying in the hotel. The hotel has an excellent location in a quiet area, you can find nice shops, a bus station and some nice cafes nearby, it is really close to the beach as well. The room was clean, breakfast was tasty and the staff was super friendly and helpful 😃 would definitely recommend this hotel for my friends 👍

When it comes to beaches, Ksamil has everything: Very trendy, noisy and comercial areas, and some other that are more cozy, elegant and with "hidden gems" tag. Deja vu hotel is one of them. Its located quite near the center, but distant enough for you to enjoy some privacy & calmness. Nevertheless the nearest beach is 2m away waking distance and around the hotel there’s the best pizza in town, plenty quality supermarkets and some good restaurants. It is a new and shinny hotel that has all the modern confort your can expect, but with some delightful extras. My favourite is the Terrace Bar area, where you’ll have breakfast, or enjoy a drink or meal under a very friendly English speaking staff service. In my case, they were over the roof to see if my sick daughter & wife had all the support they needed. All the rooms have multiple electrical plugs located in convenient spots, and the toilets are modern, efficient & elegant. Balcony with external plug was also an appreciated must for those who had to work on the laptop like me. Cleanness is also an highlight. Everything was spotless. Breakfast is the traditional Bulgarian Menu, bit with extras like a crepe, cheese toast, different juices, etc… There is also an extended menu to choose from if you prefer different options. (But This ones are not included in the room price) On the top of this if you are travelling by car, parking can be a nightmare in Ksamil, but luckily not in this area. The hotel has also a private parking in the back for guests. Last but not the least, the staff! Makes the all difference when you feel welcomed and they are always there for you with a smile. We found the hotel in a last minute decision, so it was a moment of luck. Returning too Ksamil, I’ll know I’ll be back there for sure! Highly recommended.

There is a need for an extra light lamp or change the existing lights with something that is a bit more powerfull I was there with my family and we had an apartment. The bathroom was without any shower curtain. And the water was going all over the bathroom(it was not a an issue but i did not see this kind of bathroom in a hotel elsewhere . There was a bad smell coming from the drainage pipes from the shower.(it was only annoying, nothing that we could not get over and it was not for the whole time. ) There was a bunk bed and the part from above did not have any protection to avoid from falling down. (We told the host and he was very quick to bring us another bed so all our 3 kids slept on the normal beds.

The staff is absolutely delightfull and quitr communicative. When just arrived, manager Juliano welcomed us and instantely felt like home. Every breakfast we received attention with lots of smile from the young staff. The food was what you need for a brrakfast, basic but you receive also pankakes and fruits. If you need to level up, you can choose from the wider selection with just a bit of extra charge. The rooms are very large, daily cleaning and properly equipped. The location is 5mins to the beach. A very good family restaurant /taverna with fresh fish is just around the cotner. Also superkmarkets at 5mins at the main road. Totallly recommend it!

If I was being really picky, it would have been nice to have a low-lit lamp as the main lights are very bright.

Super attentive staff, who always had a smile on their face and nothing was too much trouble! Lovely, hearty breakfast with great variety; excellent location and proximity to the beach and many good quality restaurants; parking on location. Overall, a really great place for us to explore Ksamil/Sarande from.

The staff was unbelievable! They were so nice and made the stay that much more enjoyable. They cooked great food and had unbelievable service! They were very friendly and spoke English well. They were great on answering our questions and helping us have the best experience in Ksamil.
