breakfast is getting boring everyday same staff Room is good size and clean .. Staff are mainly good but owner keep saying give a good review .. My niece wrote i review (we stayed same time with us but they left just before us) She didnt say anything bad just she said facility a bit poor.. Owner came to me and says tell your niece change her review !! It was a bit annoying

they were advertising like they have beach .. Pictures shows that is well but beach is not belong to the Hotel. We had to pay 20 euro minimum a day for sun bed.. To be honest I wont go to Ksamil again, Generally They are very amateur. Even we had boat trip there is no good organisation.. They are doing that trip everyday they must had experience but noo! I met group of people on the boat they are from Switzerland They are saying same they are amateur. But very expensive Most holiday makers are Albanian and Turkish .

Cimi’s De Luna Hotel The location of the hotel is truly amazing, right in the heart of the most beautiful beaches. It’s definitely worth visiting. I was very happy to meet the wonderful and genuine Ilarian people. From the room service to the restaurant staff, everyone was extremely kind, attentive, and professional. The owners, Cimi and his family, were incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel at home. Overall, the hotel offers a service quality that goes well beyond its price.

We had a truly wonderful 4-night stay at Hotel De Luna in Ksamil. The hotel’s location right on the beachfront is unbeatable—waking up to stunning views of crystal-clear turquoise waters was a highlight of the trip. The sandy beaches are just steps away, making it effortless to relax by the sea or go for a swim. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, offering comfort and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always happy to help, adding a personal touch to the stay. Although the sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach are managed by private vendors (not the hotel), there are plenty of options, and direct access to the beach is completely free. One of the standout aspects was the excellent food. Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and of very high quality. The hotel is run as a family business, and you can really feel the warmth, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality in everything they do. It created a natural and fun atmosphere that made the experience feel extra special. I stayed in a second-floor room with a sea view, and it was absolutely worth the upgrade—the breathtaking panorama elevated the entire stay. On top of that, the town’s amenities were close by and easy to reach. Overall, Hotel De Luna exceeded my expectations in every way: from its prime beachfront setting and delicious cuisine to its caring service and heartfelt family atmosphere. I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a relaxing and memorable beach getaway in Ksamil.

Our stay was perfect! The location is so convenient you can walk anywhere and you get amazing beach/sunset views. The room was super clean! We started our day every morning with a coffee from the restaurant in front that is also run by the same owner as the hotel, Chimi. Speaking of Chimi he was an incredible host, he gave us great recommendations and helped set us up with a boat day. He made everything so easy! I truly couldn’t speak more highly about my stay at Hotel De Luna!!

a bit expensive, but we were told that the price was still discounted, breakfast can be made more varied and bigger, you can add bacon, ham, cheese, baked tomato, pastries, croissants for example

Great location directly on the beach/sea. We had nice room with sea-view. Owner and all staff were very friendly and great hosts. Nice breakfast directly at their own restaurant.

We loved the location, and the place was clean and spacious.

The location and the place were both good, but the "extras items" were sparse. For example, we wanted to cook breakfast at the apartment, but the kitchen utensils and other items were almost non-existent.

Breakfast was amazing. So much good food. We arrived early for check-in and were let into the room a little early. Great location. We liked that there was no loud music blasting from a nearby club or bar. It was peaceful all night. Bed was comfortable.

We had neighbors from the other apartments out on their balconies, so it would have been nice to have some sort of privacy/sun shade on the balcony.

The property was very clean and the room was made every day. Location could not be better with a beautiful beach right across the street and minutes away from all the pubs and restaurants with a very good restaurant on premise. The thing that really made our stay awesome was the staff. The staff was welcoming and accommodating. Parking is available on the property. I would definitely stay there again.

Perfect location & facilities Room spacious clean w balcony & fridge they provided a beach towel too! The Bkfst was delicious as well as the dinner very popular restaurant on sight overlooking the sea The staff. Owners made this place the best stay for me in all Albania ! So informative & lovely ppl I highly recommend this place
