From the first day we arrived to the last, everyone was incredibly helpful and friendly. We felt truly comfortable and at home. It was our first time in Ksamil and they gave us detailed information about things to do and places to go every day and were very helpful. The rooms were spotless clean, and the hotel was within walking distance of almost everything. We were able to walk to many restaurants and famous beaches. If we come again, this is where we'll stay! I'm not exaggerating!!

The only small complaint would be that the shower in our bathroomroom was very tight, but it was managable. Would also have liked some more hooks for hanging up towels.

The wifi can be a bit slow. Sometimes it just stops. There's no amenities. We had to buy toiletries as its not part of hotel room. Also, there's only ham OR sausage as protein for breakfast. Albanian fruits were really sweet and part of breakfast, so is bread, cereal, eggs, and veggies. But for protein they onky have ham on day 1 and sausage on day 2. But other than tht everything is perfect.

It's near the beach. And near Ksamil centre. The staff were very nice and accommodating. The room is big and comfortable for 4 of us. There's parking inside the accommodation too. And we came to the hotel at 3am, staff were still messaging us and telling us how to get there from Tirana.

No free sea view. Google send us to wrong place, not far from hotel, but we couldn’t get there via that route.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was perfectly located right by the beach and close to restaurants. The host was very helpful and even assisted us in renting a car. The balcony was super cozy – we highly recommend this place, especially for families with children

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was extremely clean — the room was cleaned daily, which really adds great value to the overall experience. The owners were very friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed. They are doing great job and a 👏👏👏 to them for their dedication — they were always present, hardworking, and made sure everything ran smoothly. Highly recommended!

Such a brilliant find in Ksamil! Perfect location, off street parking which is a must and lovely clean and spacious rooms. We had #6 which had a balcony with a sea view and a clothesline to hang out any washing. The breakfast is healthy and fresh and the hosts Nico and his wife are just so friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble.

Nothing - couldn’t ask for more with the price!

Fantastic breakfast - very friendly hosts who make you feel very welcome as soon as you get there. Great location with beaches, restaurants and bars easily accessible. Poda beach is a 10 minute walk but still very easy to get there and lots to explore on the doorstep. Breakfast is amazing. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family. Free parking is also a massive perk in Ksamil!

The host and staff is very kind, friendly and helpful. All of them speak English very well. They cared about us every day. The location is perfect - close to the beach and town. Rooms are very clean. Breakfast is delicious. Highly recommend. We will back here for sure.

You have breakfast, but for coffe or tea we need to pay 2,5€.. that is lame! And we didn't have so many choice about breakfast.. last two days, we have only one choice!

Location was perfect , close to all the main beaches, restaurants and shops. Lovely buffet breakfast which cateres for all tastes, and lots of options to choose from. The room was cleaned daily and beds made and fresh towels supplied. Nikos was able to give us advise on which beaches to go to and how to get there.

The hotel is really lovely. The host Niko & his wife were so kind and helpful and welcomed us with open arms. The family room was a great size with lovely bathroom. It's a simple hotel but perfect. The breakfast was fresh, colourful, healthy and great coffee. Its in the quieter part of town but close to the best beaches, shops, restaurants. We had a few questions and amendments to our itinerary to make and Niko helped us resolve this, made calls for us and we felt really looked after. Highly recommend and would return here if we ever visit again.

It doesn’t have a sea view. The rooms have a fridge but they have a kettle for tea or coffee.

We loved the helpfulness and kindness of the staff. It has a great location near the beach. Our room was very clean. Even though it is small, it was wonderful to have on-site parking.

Hotel de Ksamil is walking distance to all the great beaches and venues within Ksamil. It’s approximately a 7 minute walk to everywhere we wanted to visit and experience during our stay. The hotel staff are amazing and the rooms are very clean. I would highly recommend this hotel.
