Great Location, friendly owner, clean room

Thank you David, it was amazing ! Great Hosting, Communication and service by David ! Amazing Place, well equiped and sweet décoration. Thank you so mich David for having arranged the boat Trip for us (We arrive late in the Night), including Transfer to the boat Gate. We wish you a lot of success !

Very nice and clean and good breakfast. The owner David is very friendly. He booked dinner for us at a nearby restaurant. He arranged transportation and tickets for Komani Lake for us. Thank you

David is a good host but many things dose not work

No internet No multimedia Very poor brakfast No chair no table in the room. No privesy in the room.

The host was very welcoming and helpful with any questions we had in regards to getting to the ferry. The room is spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable.

Very modern and clean rooms with mini fridge that was packed with affordable drinks. Super efficient AC. The host was fantastic, speaks english very well and helped us with everything. We could park our motorbikes safely right next to the building. Got an early breakfast in order to be on time for the ferry.

Beautiful place, modern and clean. Wonderful view over gardens and the river. David and his family were exceptionally hospital and took care of us when our youngest child had a medical issue. We will be back!

Our stay at this hotel was perfect. The room was clean, the air conditioning worked flawlessly, and the breakfast each morning was absolutely delicious. But what truly made the experience unforgettable was the warm hospitality from David and his family. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed . We spent time with their lovely pets, playing with their cats and dog was a pleasure. One evening, while my partner and I were playing a game outside, David’s dad brought us a cold beer, a gesture that perfectly captures the warmth of this place. The location was also convenient, making it easy to explore the area. Perfect for when you want to do a Konami river tour. We could park our car inside their gate. Highly recommended!!

Not a short walking distance from the village

The location was near the Ferry from Koman to Fierze. Also near a very nice restaurant Kastrioti. The room was very clean, the bathroom was more then nice, a filled refridgearator for small prices. Our kids really enjoyed the 3 little cats and the dog and we enjoyed the view on the mountains. Most of all, what a lovely people you are. Thanks for the great time and a very lovely evening together with the Belgium couple. Kindly regatds, Fam. van Velzen.

Issues with not continuous electric power

David was an amazing host who went above and beyond. We stayed here one night before heading to Lumi I Shales. He organized taxi for us to the boat terminal and let us keep our car there, which saved us so much time and walking in the heat. The place was clean and as pictured.

The AC was going in and out (but that’s because the electricity was also going in and out, not the hotels fault). David brought us a fan which helped.

The host, David, was amazing: interactive and talkative person, very helpful and willing to provide solutions for its Clients. Helped getting a boat trip solution, including the transportation to and from his Hotel. Air Conditioning working well. The fridge to keep the drinks cool is a plus.

Breakfast could be a little better

A great place to stay when visiting Lake Koman and Shala River. David was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay and helped us organise our day trip to the river in advance. Very modern and new accommodation.

Modern comfortable rooms at a newly built hotel owned by a welcoming family. Free parking, smart TV, with useful mini bar Only 10 mins drive to shala river boats at the port, which David helped to organize last minute. David was always available to answer questions, and showed us to a local waterfall. Beautiful location at this hotel, to have light breakfast and coffee. I love the mountain tea. Will return some day! Thank you!

Very friendly staff. New rooms and private parking. David helped us with booking a ferry. Breakfast was freshly prepared.

The location, the family who run the hotel, and David himself. He is kind, hard working, helpful & ambitious for his young business. David organised our Shala river trip, with pick up/drop off from the hotel. Super easy, organised over messages before we arrived. We could leave our car at the hotel & no more expensive than a standard trip. A fantastic service. David recommended restaurants, and will help with any question or need. He deserves every success.

Be good to have bread at breakfast?
