This was such a lovely stay, a family owned place with exceptional customer service and really clean rooms. The owners were very kind and made us feel a part of the family. Room was perfect with everything we needed and it is located in a great place.

The rooms were very nice and modern, clean and tidy. The staff were very welcoming and good natured - the breakfast was nice, but I would recommend including it in the overall price, as it was a hassle remembering to notify the receptionist that we would like to have it the next day every night before. I would recommend coming here only by car, since without one you can't really see much as it's very far from the city and anywhere you could do any activities. However it's really close to the nearest beach - a 5 minute walk. Overall very satistifed with our stay and we would come back again!

The road to get there isn’t in the best condition.

We had a great stay! The owner and staff were incredibly hospitable, making us feel right at home. The hotel is perfectly located, just a 2-minute walk from a beautiful beach with easy lift access, and the best beach in northern Albania is only 15 minutes away. The room was very clean, comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend visiting during the off-season for a peaceful and relaxing experience!

A lot of construction going on in this neighborhood for the moment. Although the road is small, there are a lot of cars passing back and forth to the beautiful strip of sand just 3 km away

Only the location was at least for me not so optimal becuase you need to walk a alot if you want to get to the central of shengjin to get the bus or to the "thrown sand" beach and the streets are not very good for walking. So better have a car here or a taxi. But there is a beautiful beach right close to the hotel as well.

Everything was very good. Especially the room was very clean, comfy bed, very friendly stuff, good breakfast, close beaches, small supermarkets and restaurants.

That the shower keeps getting clogged.

The staff was very welcoming, always trying to help us and they actually did. They even arranged transportation back to the airport in Tirana for us. Everyone who works there is very kind and welcoming.

EN I Everything was Exceptional, clean and modern rooms, three minute walk to the beach, close by restaurants and markets, 10 minute drive from the Natural Monument of "Thrown Sand" (Rana e Hedhun), very close to the city of Lezhë, which holds many Historic Monuments such as the grave of the Albanian Hero Gjergj Kastrioti "Skenderbeu" and The Lezhë Castle, which are both also Archeologic Sites and many more. Last but not least, the owners were amazingly friendly, helpful and welcoming, would help with absolutely anything needed, traditionally hospitable people. Would and definitively will, take my fiancee back there. AL I Gjithçka ishte e jashtëzakonshme, dhoma moderne dhe të pastërta, më se të rehatshme, tre minuta ecje per tek plazhet, restorante e markete shumë afër, Dhjetë minuta vozitje për tek monumenti natyror "Rana e Hedhun", shumë afër qytetit të Lezhës dhe monumeteve të tij si "Kalaja e Lezhës" dhe Varrit të Heroit Kombëtar Gjergj Kastrioti "Skenderbeu" ku është edhe vendndodhja e "Kuvendi i Lezhës" gjithashtu vendqendrim Arkeologjik. Së fundi, pronarët ishin shumë miqësorë, ndihmës dhe pergjigjen çdo nevoje. Me gjithë qejf do kthehemi prap.

As of August 2023, the entire area is in a building phase, so it feels like a construction site. I hope that in the near future, the area will be more welcoming for tourists.

The hotel is new and welcoming, very nice rooms (thank you for the 2 room apartment upgrade). The owners are very nice and helpful, the communication through booking app. was great. The next door roof restaurant was nice too.

The room was very beautiful, clean and new with breathtaking sea view. The comunication with the staff was exceptional, they are kind and polite, always here to help you. Also they speak multiple languages (English, Italian, Spanish and French). The car was in safe place in the garage. The breakfast was different and very tasty. The beach is near, the water is clean and very warm.

The location of the hotel could not have been better , just walking distance to one of the best beaches of Shengjin. The owners are very friendly and make you feel very welcome and are always ready to help with any request or question. The hotel has a very nice design and offers all the amenities you will need for your stay. Upon arrival we wanted to add breakfast as an option and everything went smoothly, all our wishes were fulfilled. Top cleanliness and amazing terrace view if you are a fan of good sunsets. Looking forward to go back in August with more of my friends :)
