Everything was amazing. The people who work there were the nicest people we have ever met! So nice and helpful. The room was adorable, bathroom was amazing and the bed was so comfortable. They try their best to help you have an amazing stay and even an amazing trip, we got a few recommendations of beaches/places to visit and they were lovely. Definitely would stay here again, I loved every day I was there. Has an amazing ac btw!

It’s a new hotel decorated as the old houses you find in Gjirokaster, so it’s very pleasant. The beds were very much to our taste, you didn’t sink in. Everything was clean and the location was so convenient, because you can access the Old Town right away taking in the main street by car (or walk uphill in the cobble stones street if you like). Breakfast was varied, continental and abundant.

A wonderful hotel with amazing people. If your traveling in a car parking is on site, not easy to find in the old town and it is really easy to walk there in 20 minutes. The breakfast was generous and with a great mixture of local produce. Thank you again and hopefully see you again

Yola was beyond excellent! The food was great and the it really felt like we were at somebody’s home. We will surely come back. I highly recommend this property to anyone traveling to Gjirokastër! EXCELLENT

It is kinda far from center, but we were loooking for such a location, because we did not want to drive through narrow Girokaster streets, so it was good and that what we were looking for

Clean, Service was awesome, women in reception even took my mums bag and brought it up with out asking, Nice breakfast (personal, not buffet), It is in their style, but facilities were brand new

The fact that the owner would not accommodate a mistake made on their end is terrible customer service. If I wanted what I already paid for I would need to pay extra for a mistake they made. I will be reporting this to booking.

The woman at the reception was amazing. Her customer service skill set is top tier which is hard to come by. She was kind and accommodating.

The hotel was brand new and very easy to find because it was right next to the street. It offered free parking also which was great. Everything was extremely clean and new. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely come back again.

Would be amazing if they have good coffe. My morning coffee is super important for me, so I had to take one outside. Not a big deal, breakfast was very good with fresh fruits and vegetables.

Staff was really amazing! They do everything they can to fell you comfortable. They even asked about what we like for breakfast and bring avocado to be sure my wife would be satisfied because we don't eat meat. They also cooked some food even if we arrived super late 10:30 pm! And cherry on the cake, food was super tasty, super yummy. Hotel and rooms are brand new, staff is super helpful, kind and available. Localisation is perfect if you have a car, 5mn from the center of Gjirokaster. A perfect stay, we enjoyed everything and would be very pleased to stay at this hotel again. Definitely recommend this place! Thank you!

Feel like I got lucky booking this hotel. It is super clean and the accomadations are wonderful. Solid wood work all around ( doors, furnishings, even the picture frames) and decorated in traditional Albanian style. The curtains are hand made. The art work in the hallways and room are splendid. Free breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Free coffee/tea available 24 hours in common area as well as cold filtered water. Parking was free and they provide free transportation to the castle if you wish. Staff is super friendly. I can not say enough good things about the hotel. I have been to many hotels in my life and in just the past 2 weeks I have been in London, Brussels and Amsterdam. This hotel far exceeds any of those. Do your self a favor and book it.

Hotel is new and very clean. Staff is very efficient and friendly..Breakfast is fantastic and really very good. Wifi signal is strong. Parking space for our motorbikes. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent hotel! A must stay for Gjirokaster. Very new and the hosts are amazing! They were so welcoming and friendly, on hand for everything we needed and we received such great service. They truly made us feel at home and we were even given some handmade embroidery as a gift - so thoughtful. The hotel is very modern but with a very traditional Albanian feel to it. Breakfast was enormous and so delicious, such good value. The location was great at the foothill of the city and a nice walk up to the top. Only 20min walk to the castle. And 10 min walk to the bus station. Taxis were €2/3. Highly recommended :)

Excellent hotel with great location. It is very clean and comfortable. I like the traditional decorative details and the wood work. It offers a true immersive experience into the Albanian culture. The staff is very welcoming and ready to answer any questions you have.

What impressed me the most was the cleanliness that this hotel offers. I really liked the breakfast, it was delicious and plentiful. something else that caught my eye was the behavior of the staff. Very kind and friendly.If you want to spend a quiet and pleasant vacation, I would suggest it 100%. I was very pleased, so we will see each other again😀🤚
