The beach gravel needs to be properly leveled because it feels like the sunbeds are positioned upon an uncomfortable slope. - The umbrellas are very small, providing little shade. - The sunbeds could be updated to be more comfortable. - The restaurant needs to add Albanian wines and liqueurs. - The restaurant must make its own desserts and icecream. It would be enjoyable to eat a delicious dessert in the evening with an Albanian wine.

Breakfast was very enjoyable with lots of fresh options and fruits. They offered 2-3 types of homemade jams which were perfect with the Albanian petulla. - The staff was welcoming and eager to accommodate our preferences. - The rooms and the balcony were very spacious, comfortable, and with lots of storage spaces. The bathroom was modern with high pressure water. - The rooms were cleaned every day and we were provided with freshly cleaned beach towels at the reception. - The prices at the beach bar were very reasonable - The beach is very beautiful with clean blue water - In the surrounding area there are lots of amazing restaurants such as Gostivar Ajan and La Familia.

They advertised a pool which has not yet been built. It is coming though and also the sea is so nice that we would not have used it anyway. The hotel does not have many activities - neither does the town so it’s basically beach and a few restaurants. It was good for inly two nights.

Borsh seems a very local family-oriented beach place and while the hotel is very modern and nice, it is small and blends in. It maintains a certain charm. I saw there were two big hotel developments and they seem huge and imposing. Not sure they will fit the vibe. Ciao Borshi does. The staff were extremely nice both at the reception as well as the waiters at the restaurant. Micaela the manager was everywhere solving anything and everything and Krista was also very nice. It is lovely that they set up tables in the beach for dinner. You have amazing views of the sunset and you are almost in the water! The food was very good too. The breakfast had a big variety although short on fruits and cereals.

The rooms were spotless, modern, and super comfortable — each one had strong A/C (a must in the summer!), a mini-fridge, flat-screen TV, and a cozy private balcony where we could relax after a day at the beach. The beds were really comfortable, and we appreciated the attention to detail with things like quality linens, plenty of towels, and daily cleaning service. The bathrooms were spacious and well-equipped with great water pressure and toiletries provided. We booked a few rooms together and loved that the layout allowed us to stay close but still have our own space. The shared areas like the terrace and lounge were perfect for hanging out in the evenings. Plus, the Wi-Fi was strong everywhere — even on the balconies, which was great for posting all our beach pics in real-time! The staff were incredibly helpful, and the location couldn’t have been better — just steps from the beach and close to local restaurants and beach bars. If I was being picking the bed just had a sheet folded across it and needed to be made yourself so I would suggest having it pre made and the blanket was super tiny. Couldn’t fault anything else! Oh would also love to have a pool but the beach is right there for you.

I stayed at this hotel and honestly, it was a really great experience. The staff were super friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in, and they made everything feel easy and relaxed. The room was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed—plus the bed was surprisingly comfy! What really stood out, though, was the restaurant. I wasn’t expecting much, but the food totally blew me away. Everything I ordered was fresh and full of flavor. The vibe was chill but classy, and the staff there really knew their stuff—great recommendations and just the right amount of attention. Breakfast was also a win—lots of good options, and the coffee was actually good (not always a given in hotels!). All in all, I’d definitely come back. So, as I said the hotel is quite knew which means there is still room for improvement. For example, the checkin and the breakfast was chaotic. We barely received any of the basic information when we checked in because the lady from the reception wasn't there the first two days of our stay. Regarding the breakfast, the first 2 days they brought individual breakfasts to everyone's table and suddenly because they were fully booked and understaffed, they changed it to a buffet but without really notifying the guests about the change in time and service. The buffet was also chaotic because there was always something missing - cutlery, bowls, food etc. These things don't make your stay there less enjoyable but if you pay a certain price, you expect a certain level of quality.

The rooms look exactly like in the pictures. The hotel is quite new which has Its advantages and disadvantages. The view from the rooms is simply amazing since you only need to cross the street to get to the private beach. The restaurant had quite delicious food and the prices were okay, even though a bit higher than usual for Albanian standards. All in all, we had a nice stay at the hotel.

We went during low season so there wasn’t a big selection for lunch and dinner.

The room was super clean, spacious and newly built! I am so peaky when it comes to cleanliness but i had nothing to complain about the hotel room. This is one of the few hotels i saw with a wooden bed😃and it was very comfortable we slept like babies. The breakfast was good and quite filling! The staff were also friendly. The beach was clean and the beach beds are still new and comfortable!! We absolutely loved our stay here and we are shall definitely stay here if we ever come back to Bosch!

A Hidden Gem on the Albanian Riviera – Hotel Ciao Borshi. Our stay at "Ciao Borshi" was nothing short of exceptional. Nestled in the heart of Borsh, this charming hotel offers a rare blend of comfort and hospitality. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The room was clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities needed for a relaxing getaway. But the real highlight is the stunning sea view and waking up to the sound of waves and watching the sun rise over the Ionian Sea was absolutely magical. Loved the food at Ciao Borshi! Super fresh, especially the seafood, and the view while you eat is just amazing. Chill vibes, friendly staff, and great portions—definitely one of the best spots to eat in Borsh. Every once in a while, you come across a place that just feels special from the very first moment – for us, that was the ciao borshi Boutique Hotel in Albania. We visited during the off-season, which meant we had the rare luxury of having the place almost to ourselves. Despite the quiet period, the entire team was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and attentive. They lent us a game without us even asking – it felt like they could read our minds. Everything was done with genuine warmth and care, and we felt truly looked after every step of the way. The hotel design is fresh, modern, and beautifully curated, with everything feeling new and well-maintained. Our suite was absolutely stunning – spacious, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. I’ve traveled the entire Albanian coast, and nowhere did I feel as happy and relaxed as I did here. The food was another highlight – fresh, local, and absolutely delicious. We looked forward to every meal, and the kitchen surprised us each time with something special and full of flavor. As an extra touch of hospitality, they even set up special beach loungers just for us – it’s the little details like this that make all the difference. Unfortunately, we couldn't entirely relate to the glowing reviews. The service during our stay left much to be desired. I'm convinced that the staff present did their best, but they clearly lacked a sense of true hospitality and making guests feel welcome. There was no one at the front desk to receive us, and the reception remained unstaffed throughout our entire stay. The staff that was around rarely managed a smile, which made us never feel truly welcome during our five-night stay. The breakfast was monotonous and below expectations. Especially considering the rate of €112 per night, you’d expect more. When we once asked for an extra croissant, we were bluntly told 'No.' Coffee and tea had to be requested, and even then, you’d only get a single, small cup. In early May, Borsh and its surroundings feel deserted. Most restaurants and all beach clubs are still closed. Of course, this isn’t Ciao Borshi’s fault, but even their own pizza restaurant wasn’t offering the full menu yet, and what was available was quite overpriced. All in all, we cannot recommend a stay at Ciao Borshi, as in our opinion, the price-quality ratio is seriously off.

We stayed at Ciao Borshi in early May, outside the high season. The rooms were truly fantastic; brand new, modernly furnished, with comfortable beds and a nice bathroom.

We stayed here as a group of friends and absolutely loved every minute. The rooms were super comfortable and beautifully designed, and the whole place had such a chill, welcoming energy. It’s right by the beach, so we spent our days swimming, sunbathing, and exploring the area. Evenings on the terrace with drinks and good music were unforgettable. We came as a group of friends from Italy and couldn’t have asked for a better place. The vibe was perfect — stylish rooms, super clean, and just steps from the beach. The standard of food and service was hight just like the resorts of Italy. The staff made us feel right at home, always helpful and smiling. We loved hanging out on the terrace, enjoying the view and the chill atmosphere. Borsh is beautiful, and this hotel made it even more special.
