It was a bit of a walk up to the castle but it meant it was quiet at night. We loved that but if you're not a walker something to consider.

Very clean, tidy and modern apartments! It is 15-20 mins walk away from the old town. There is free parking on the street. Rina, the host, was very kind, welcome, helpful, and always available by phone. Keep it up!

This is not complaint, since we liked the stay. But if you are walking from the bus station, like we did, you are in for a bit of a hike!

The owners are super friendly and will give you good advice for your stay in Gijokastra. It's a small walk away from Old Town, say 15ish minutes. A much calmer area than the bustling bazaar, suited us perfectly. The room was clean and comfy!

Everything about our stay was just right. The room was clean and comfortable, the location was convenient, and the atmosphere was peaceful. What stood out most, though, was the warm and welcoming attitude we were met with from the moment we arrived.

Nothing it was great!

A brand-new, modern room that is spotlessly clean! The bed is so comfy! The location is excellent, only a 5 minute walk from town. What is best is that here you can drive and park peacefully whereas if you stay in the main town, the small roads are very congested and many cars are queuing waiting to get to their destination. By staying here, you can park easily out the front and have no stress. The owner is such a lovely, kind woman who is really great to chat with. She recommended a great place for breakfast too! The room is nice and cool with a lovely little place to sit outside on the shared balcony. Will definitely stay again when we return!

Nothing - perfect stay!

Oderina was the most amazing host! She was very attentive to detail, the rooms were cleaned to perfection and she even sampled us with a taste of her amazing honey! The hotel had a beautiful view of the castle and old town and was within 20 minutes walking distance. We cannot fault our stay and the hospitality we received!

Very clean and great decoration. The lady that owns the hotel is super sweet and was kind enough to wait for us (for check in after midnight), after we had car problems. You are about 15 min walk to the old center. The payment is cash only

The room we received was cozy and spacious. It was clean and had everything we needed. Although it was a bit off the beaten path and seemed far from the city center, it actually turned out to be quite convenient. An additional advantage was the terrace outside the room with the titular view of the castle, which looks very atmospheric in the evening. The owners were incredibly friendly and responded to all our inquiries in no time. We can confidently recommend staying at The Castle View Inn.

Everything in the apartment was brand new, clean, and beautifully arranged, just like in the photos, if not better! It had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was great for exploring Gjirokastër, and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. What really made the difference was the owner so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. You can tell they really care about their guests and take pride in offering a great experience. Highly recommended! Would definitely stay here again.
