Beautiful location, clean, such amazing sights and atmosphere. The host Evi is so kind and was always around to help us. It really felt like a home, don’t hesitate to book. It’s amazing!

When I was about to book this accomodation I couldnt quite understand the so high rating given the photos provided but I decided to book anyway. Once there, I fully understood the reason of sucess, the views from the front yard are mesmerizing.

Sometimes it's the host that makes the stay a great experience and this was definitely the case here. Evi was so friendly and helpful. The location is amazing, it's got the best sunset in Dhiermi. Evi served us a lovely breakfast which we ate outside overlooking the coast, even our kids sat quietly and just enjoyed the view which is actually rare. The rooms were spacious, pleasant, and clean. We only stayed 1 night and had further bookings but if we could have stayed longer we would have. We'll definitely come back for a longer stay!

The property is a heavenly retreat away from the sometimes chaotic environment closer to the beach. The rooms and cute and super clean, the view is amazing and the air is so clean.

You need a car or a short taxi ride to get tot he closest supermarket.

Pleasant stay...mountain, sea and tree shade stay blended together. Place is super clean and close enough to the sea and far enough from the madding crowds. And Evi tho host is the perfect chef...we will be back

Great host. Evi was super helpful and available for questions. She made helpful suggestions. Fantastic view. The room was very clean. Dhermi is a very good destination for beaches and high end dinning.

The host - Evi - is a wonderful person. The rooms are clean and the food was some of the best we had in all of Albania. She is a one-person show, and you can tell she cares a lot and is working very hard. The kids loved lounging in the hammocks, the views were stunning and relaxing, and garden is a cute, eclectic selection. My whole family loved staying here!

The view is undeniably beautiful, the room was sufficient, there is off street parking, and we were able to check in early, which was great.

We were really disappointed with our stay. We booked this accommodation due to the onsite restaurant and bar, so we could have dinner and a drink enjoying the view for our last night in Albania. When we arrived in the early afternoon we asked via text if we would be able to have the dinner, but were told it wouldn't be enough time for the fish to defrost. This all happened before the usual check-in time, so not sure how much notice you need to give if you want to eat. We went out for dinner instead and made sure we were back in time to have a drink watching the sunset. We even checked in with the host that we would be able to get drinks in the evening and she confirmed we would. However the host was not back to offer any service until after 9pm. When she did arrive, we learned she had been out with friends, and was visibly annoyed that we didn’t want a drink (by this time it was dark and we had been waiting for hours). Unfortunately, this led to our only real interaction with her, which ended with her leaving abruptly, expressing frustration that she could have stayed out instead. I'm by no means a hospitality expert but I think the minimum is to have someone around to serve your paying guests, especially when in the property description it clearly says there is a restaurant and bar. Had we known in advance that no food or drink service would be available for most of the day, or that the host wouldn’t be present, we may have reconsidered our booking. Clearer communication around availability and expectations would go a long way in avoiding this kind of disappointment. Additionally, the Wi-Fi wasn’t working, which we chose not to raise after the awkward exchange. I will add we had been in Albania for the best part of three weeks, and this was the only negative experience we had in our whole time in. We would not recommend booking here as we felt like a burden to the hostess.

We stayed one night at Casablanca Rooms and had a great experience. The host, Evi, was super friendly and helpful, making everything easy from the moment we arrived. The location is absolutely wonderful with a balcony view that was just stunning. Perfect for a peaceful, scenic getaway. Wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Literally the best views in Dhermi.. amazing for sunset.. very friendly and welcoming!!

The offset for the view is that you are high.. so the trek to and from the beach will keep you fit!

One of the best places I have ever stayed at. The location is perfect, the views amazing, the rooms are pretty and clean, and the host is a wonderful woman who makes excellent dinners and superb Spritzes.

Evi is the best host we could have wished for! She goes the extra mile to make your stay unforgettable. She is incredibly kind, super helpful, and shares all the hidden gems of Dhermi and the surrounding area. The rooms are fantastic, with super comfy beds, silent air conditioning that cools perfectly, and one of the best views in town—sitting there watching the sunset with a great wine or beer recommended by Evi is a real treat. Evi’s cooking skills are also amazing. We highly recommend enjoying breakfast and dinner here; everything was beyond our expectations. We loved it so much that we’ve booked to return for the last two days of our trip!

Best view we had in Albania, incredible sunsets, personal is really nice we had a nice discussion and learned a lot about Albania, I would definitely recommend that stay and come back another time.
