Apartment has very small bathroom. There was a traffic jam when we arrived and on the way out, it was second half of Aug.

Good size large apartment with separate sleeping room. Although it has very small bathroom. Hotel is located very close to the beach. Beach is just across the street. Hotel has its own part of beach with free of charge loungers and sun umbrella. Beach is sandy and very child friendly. Including long part of shallow sea for the kids to stand and play in the water. There are plenty very nice restorants nearby. We had parking place in hotel's parking.

We were charged an unexpected 3% fee for paying by card, which I’ve never experienced before. Also, the stove wasn’t working at all, it wasn’t even connected to electricity

Our hotel suite is not really as modern/renovated as it looked in the photos. It was quite expensive for the standard of the room and for Albania. At the evening there was noise from the streets, otherwise in hotel was quiet. Bathroom is a little bit small.

Hotel has a excellent location, the beach is only a minute's walk away. Hotel has private free parking lot. Our room was spacious and clean, bed is comfortable. Air conditioning works great. The kitchen is well equipped. There is balcony, but you can see only a bit of the sea, because there are buildings around. Breakfast was great, buffet (self-served) - eggs, bread, vegetables, cheese, jams, coffee... The bread was fresh. When something ran out, they brought more. It was nice staying in this hotel.

2nd bed in the living room is so uncomfortable. We let kids sleep in the bedroom where the bed is decent and we slept on an improvised sofa bed. Would have been more correct to rent this apartment for two people instead of four.

The entrance to the hotel is on the back side. Maybe during the season, the entrance from the front will also be open.

The staff was great. You feel like being home. Breakfast is superb. It was clean, bed sheets and towels were of high quality. It is not easy to park in Shengjin, but the hotel offers free of charge parking in place. I like the idea that the price includes sunbeds and umbrella on the beach but they were not ready yet. It is just the start of the season. For sure we will come back for a longer stay.

WIFI was poor. Easily connected but kept dropping out. Apartment is actually one block from the beach so the sea view ones also look over another block and some unsightly roof utilities. We found it very sad there was a chained up dog right next to the block. Shengjin beach itself is not attractive - dark grey sand, lots of litter (Rana & Hedrun is much better)

Large comfortable apartments including sofa bed. Helpful friendly staff - great restaurant recommendations. There was no breakfast available as out of season but staff happily provided us with coffee etc when we needed it.

The two-bedroom apartment is actually a one-bedroom apartment with a pullout sofa in the living room. There is not a lot to cook with and no tools to do the dishes.

Nice apartment with kitchen. The beds were very very comfortable. The reception helped us with our requests. We liked the sunbeds at the beach! Also the breakfast was very very good.

Noise that the table and chairs are making when moved around the floor. In our apartment as well as the other ones. It is very loud and scratchy... If you are sleeping and people above you are moving a chair it will wake you up. It is cheap to fix...

The staff is very kind and helpful. The location is perfect. Breakfast is decent. I see some people are complaining that it is not diverse enough but I really wonder what they are eating home for breakfast.

Internet connection was dropping from time to time. The toilet seat was moving. The shower cabin is a bit small and there is not warm water all the time.

Bed and pillows from bedroom, really comfortable. AC in bedroom and living room. Food from the restaurant is delicious, at least what we tried. Morning breakfast... it's ok, nothing special and not that diversified but ok. The hotel personnel are very friendly, kind, professional and some of them have good knowledge of english. Close the beach side, and they give you free towels. Also, they have theirs own chairs on the beach side. Good room service.
