Very nice and helpful staff. Useful tips on the best beaches and restaurants. Nice flat close to the beach (10 mn walking distance.) and at the entrance of Ksamil. You are in the center in 10 mn by walking and enjoy a quieter area. Convenient private parking

Where to start! Everything and I mean everything was just amazing! Before we even left the uk Aleksja was just amazing! She was so so helpful in every way! So much so that our whole trip ran so smoothly! She arranged boat trips and meals and taxis to name just a few things! Nothing was too much trouble ! The apartment was so super clean with bedding and towels changed every other day! They have thought of everything you could need for your stay! From coffee and sugar, washing up liquid, everything, like home from home! And then the balcony! Wow! Lovely big balcony! With all washing facilities! Clothes maid, pegs, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, as I said before they’ve thought of everything! The beds were super comfortable with pristine white bedding and super comfortable pillows!

We arrived in the evening after a tiring drive from Tirana. We were warmly welcomed and received great recommendations for local beaches and restaurants. The room was modern and exceptionally clean. The location is very central, with convenient parking always available. Every question or request was answered promptly and kindly. We enjoyed every moment of our stay and highly recommend this place!

We had a view of the mountains and nearby houses – not as charming as a city view, but just a small detail in an otherwise wonderful experience.

Very nice experience at this location: quality furniture, cleanliness, quietness, everything. But most of all, I appreciated the kindness of the host and especially the recommendations for beaches, restaurants, cruise, and historical village. It was very nice to meet such an approach in Albania.

Great location and excellent service The hotel is very well located, close to the beach and the city center. The man at the reception was incredibly kind – he let us check in early at 10 a.m., recommended great beaches and restaurants, and even helped us with reservations. We had an apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, including a sandwich maker and a washing machine. Everything was spotless, which I really appreciated. Cleaning and fresh bed linen are provided every 3 days. Parking is available right in front of the hotel. We were pleasantly surprised by the staff’s friendliness and attention to detail. Thank you for a lovely stay!

The customer support was amazing, the owners of the property booked taxis and excursions by our wishes for us. They are so attentive to their guests! The apartment was exceptionally clean, with cleaning service every 2 days, the ACs and the WiFi were great and the apartment is very modern)

No points, everything was perfect!

The owner is really friendly and share a lot of beach spots and restaurants. The accommodation is brand new and super clean.

The hospitality of the owners was awesome. Just an example: I had serious lower back pain when we arrived. Next day, I wasn’t even able to get up. So the staff called the 911 and an emergency car took me to Sarranda. They owner asked one of their family member (who was actually one of the guy from the reciption) to follow the emergency car and take care of me!! The guy was with me at the hospital for hours!l then took me back to Ksamil (for free of course). I’ve never had such a lovely and helpful experience like this. Excellent service, excellent accomodation. Warmly recommended.
