Everything was perfect! Just to say that the road to get there is not so easy if you drive a car, and the town centre is 30min walk (but it's a nice way). Be aware that checkout is at 10am. Breakfast is served from 7.30am, which is not so convenient if you want to go hiking in August. But they offer a packed breakfast to take away that is quite ok.

The hotel is owned by a very nice family. It is a very quiet and peaceful place, with amazing views to the mountains. Breakfast is different every day, with typical food. They also serve dinner, and gave us some advice of hikings around the area. The bedroom and toilet were very clean and comfortable. We will come back for sure :)

A little bit hard to find and the road can seem steep and daunting but a car can make it.

Nice, clean, spacious. Everything you need. The host was really nice. The views from the location are outstanding, I guess most of Theth is like this. Is secluded and probably the last guest house (almost) closest to the start of the blue eye hike path. The breakfast was super yummy, freshly cooked and with amazing views to start the day.

Not a bad thing but just be aware if you arrive by car that the last part of the road is somewhat a little narrow, steep and adventurous. Just be calm, drive carefully and you´ll be alright.

Placed in a calm corner of Theth close to the Theth church with spacious rooms and garden to hang out in. Welcoming and service minded staff. I arrived late when dinner time was over but the man working provided me with a few pizza slices to still my hunger. Good breakfast.

My only complaint was the bathroom, the showerhead was over the toilet, so everything just ended up covered in water and it's then impossible to go into the bathroom without getting your feet soaked.

We loved our stay here and the hosts were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and local which is always great to experience.

The shower over the toilet makes it a bit messy as a family of four to share and the mop provided was not a very effective at pushing all the water away. A small bed lamp would have been nice. But that's about it! We loved everything else.

The guesthouse is idyllically set at the end of Theth village. It's a bit further away and a bit arduous to reach, but it's also quiet and closer to the start of the hikes towards Grunas Waterfall and the Blue Eye. The garden is very pretty, the views stupendous amd the family running the guesthouse very friendly. They pointed us to a nice spot of bathing in the river just 10 mins from the guesthouse. A young member of the family kindly cooked a special meal for our sick teenager. The breakfasts were copious and delicious, and different everyday (pancakes, beignets, bread, boiled or fried eggs, cheese, tomatoes and cucumbers, honey, fig jam, etc.) The owner runs a taxi service to and from the village at the foot of the Blue Eye trail (Nderlisaj), and drove us back to his guesthouse upon learning we had booked there.

Beautiful scenery at Bujtina Zici, with amazing mountain views. The breakfast and dinners were delicious. The hosts were very kind and gave us great hiking recommendations. Would highly recommend, felt so relaxing and restorative.

The only downside was the road leading to the property, which isn’t paved yet, so getting there by car was a bit tricky.

We stayed at this lovely han for a couple of nights and really enjoyed the experience. The room was comfortable and just right for the price we paid. Breakfast was okay, but dinner was absolutely delicious, tasty, and affordable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always making us feel welcome. One of our favorite memories was the last night, enjoying the fire and having fun in a cozy atmosphere. The location is a bit remote, but the view is simply breathtaking—perfect if you want peace and nature. Overall, it was a great stay and I’d definitely like to return. Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax and disconnect for a while.

The warm hospitality of the hosts made my friend and I feel very welcome. The breakfast was delicious. We had our evening meals there, which were tasty and freshly cooked. The easy access to hiking trails was beneficial also.

The road to get to the property is narrow and bumpy. There was a very strong strange smell in our room that made me feel icky I don’t know what it was from. Our chicken was dry at dinner and we were charged an additional €2 for water at breakfast which is something we did not experience at any of the other 11 guesthouses we stayed at in Albania on our road trip, the water and even juice with breakfast has always been free with breakfast else where.

The setting in the mountains was beautiful, the bed was very comfortable and the room was clean, parking available was handy. The hosts are pleasant.

Quite small breakfast and little variety. A bit small rooms, there's only beds and closet and not much more space.

Very nice host, cleaned rooms, flexible arrival times, even in the night, fast wifi and clear connection. Great location and starting point for beautiful hikes. A lot of parking spaces. Good accessibility with car.

It was a little further away from main centre (probably 1-1 1/2 km) when we didn’t have a car and pouring with rain. A little hard to get to from bus stop when walking with backpack in heat but location when there made up for it.

The guesthouse is fairly new with a lovely outdoor area to eat. No air con but comfortable with windows open. Lovely family run accommodation with breakfast different each morning
