Expected more amenities for such hotel, breakfast was good if you came at 8 o’clock, but very minimal and not too fresh anymore at 10

As frequent travelers, we truly appreciated this hotel’s prime location and the convenience of its private beach — a rare and valuable feature. The 5th-floor restaurant offers breathtaking panoramic views, making it a highlight of the stay. That said, during peak times when tour groups arrive, the food selection can become limited, which slightly impacted the overall experience. With some attention to this detail, the property could easily match the standards of the best seaside hotels we’ve visited.

The rooms were bland, and the furniture was not in good shape. Some of the doors within the suite we stayed in were hard to open/close. Expensive.

The location was really great. The staff was very responsive and polite. The pool was nice as well. Most of the space was clean. The bar on the 5th floor had a nice view.

A couple of times went upstairs to eat dinner, but cannot honestly say the food was excellent. Wish there were more traditional albanian dishes on the menu.

The hotel was really nice and the staff at the reception was superb, especially the two girls. It was overall a very nice experience. We also liked the breakfast buffet.

The way to get there by car/taxi was a bit tricky because it is located in a hill. The restaurant didn't have much options and the quality of the food was not very good, breakfast OK. The toilet of our room was a bit smelly. The staff was kind but sometimes not efficient (waiting for a long time in the restaurant, for arranging a taxi,...)

The hotel met all our expectations. It is run by a family who were exceptional to deal with. Their hospitality was wonderful. The hotel was very clean, the rooms newly decorated, had air con and a fridge. Our room had a balcony which was wonderful. The rooftop restaurant and bar area was beautiful and had full sea views. The food was very good. Breakfast was also served here in the morning. Breakfast was continental and hot although we were told it finished as 10am they were happy to keep serving until about 10.30,

The hotel has an access point for guests close to the beach but it is not well presented and doesn’t give a true reflection of how good the hotel is.

Fabulous sea view from the balcony, it was huge and well equipped with seating and loungers. Breakfast was served in the rooftop restaurant which was airy and had great views.

The pool is tiny and doesnt have any sun loungers, just a few bean bags. So we ended up going to the beach. I booked this hotel based on the fact it had a pool but I might as well have saved the money and booked one without. Had the pool been better we would have stayed longer but decided to move to another hotel further down the coast for our final couple of days.

The guy who worked on reception was really helpful and friendly. Great views over the sea from the restaurant - perfect for watching the sunset with a drink. Room was nice, obviously the hotel is new so we didnt really experience any problems with the room.

It is a very steep walk up the hill to the hotel everytime you need to go anywhere. Pool was very small.

I am very confused by the positive reviews. We stayed here for four nights and regretted it. When we checked in the room was filled with sand, the second day there were pieces of eaten pear in the room and bathroom, that were from the cleaning personnel. The personnel on the beach were VERY rude and only let you sit on the last row of the beach beds even tho most of the other ones were free but asked a surplus payment (even though it was included in the price). The bread at breakfast was stale most days. There is very limited parking space and 2/4 nights we had to find parking elsewhere. The pool was also dirty. All in all we were not satisfied and would not recommend this hotel at all.

Everything was perfect. I booked for 3 nights but then I extended for other 7 days. The staff is so gentle and welcoming. The hotel is in a great position, the beach club is so nice. Amazing sunset views and a lot of sport camps to play in the evenings. If you are on vacation with family, I highly recommend to stay in this hotel. Everything is so comfortable. Just across the street you can take the bus to go to the center or other places in lungomare.

I don’t have any complaints. However, if you’re the type of person that wants to be right in the middle of concerts and things, it’s about a 10-15minute walk.

Loved the location. Quiet while still accessible to fun activities. Staff was super friendly. Airport transfer shuttle (Fabio) couldn’t have been better, especially for a single parent with kids. However, while everything was good, the view of the water and the beach at Bfast was unbeatable.
