WiFi did not work well in our room. Too slow to stream anything no matter which of the many routers we connected to.

Excellent location in city centre, convenient free parking behind the hotel, exceptional breakfast served by very friendly owner/manager. Generally very good value for a no frills room. Recommended!

We received a very warm welcome, the staff helped us with our bags to our rooms, which were absolutely spotless and very comfortable. It was great having a mini fridge with complimentary mint infused water. The bathroom had everything you might need, very useful if you have forgotten any essentials!! The rooftop restaurant was stunning, we loved the view and the breakfast was incredible!!! We were all so impressed with the quality and quantity of food. Everything was delicious, and again, the staff were incredibly polite and helpful. We were sad to leave! Thank you Hotel Gloria for a brilliant stay.

Just one tiny thing, it wd be good to have tea making facilities in the room. Just a kettle, cups and a few tea bags for those late arrivals or early morning wake up.

Our experience at Hotel Gloria was nothing short of exceptional. The breakfast was truly impressive: varied, fresh, and delicious (as you can see from the photos). One of the highlights was the thoughtful touch when we had to check out at 4:00 AM: the owner prepared a package for us to take along on our early journey. The owner himself deserves special mention. He is extremely friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, going above and beyond to ensure guests feel at home. It’s rare to encounter such warm hospitality. From start to finish, our stay was comfortable, well catered, and memorable. I can wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Gloria to anyone looking for a place that combines quality, comfort, and heartfelt service.

The door lock was a bit hard to work it out. Another neighbor guest showed me.

Increasingly attentive staff. Very charming old buildings that maintained in a classy fashion. Literally the best breakfast ever (other than the one in Japan)!!! I would come back even only for the breakfast - it’s out of this world from the presentation, flavor and variety! Location is best - close to shops, market and restaurant.

Our experience at Hotel Gloria was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. Everything was exactly as described—no surprises, just a truly enjoyable and relaxing stay. The room was cosy and well-appointed, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. One of the best aspects of the hotel is its unbeatable location—right in the heart of the city, surrounded by a wide variety of restaurants and just steps away from many popular tourist attractions. It made getting around incredibly convenient. The true highlight of our stay, however, was breakfast at the hotel’s restaurant. While it wasn’t a buffet, the quality and variety of the food more than made up for it. Everything was incredibly fresh, thoughtfully prepared, and beautifully presented. What made the experience even more special was the waiter—he was exceptionally kind and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain each dish and its origin. You could genuinely see how passionate he is about what he does, which made our mornings feel even more memorable. All in all, I would wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Gloria to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located place with fantastic service and a breakfast experience you won’t forget. We’ll definitely be back!

It made it feel authentic, but the furnishings could do with a bit of an update. Breakfast was so large I only ate half of it which felt wasteful - perhaps a buffet/ala carte would be better?

Lovely traditional hotel in good location for buses. The breakfast was HUGE - eggs, cheese, cake, fruit and good coffee. Staff were very kind. Hotel is within walking distance of the main square (about 15 minutes walk) and in a quiet local neighbourhood.

Nothing major, just carrying my heavy suitcase up and down the stairs was a bit of a workout!

Hotel is centrally located with only a 10 minute walk to Skanderbeg Square. I was in a single room with all the amenities (slippers, vanity kit, shower cap). The highlight of my stay was definitely the breakfast. Such a pleasant and unexpected surprise with all home made options. Wish I had taken pictures! Definitely a place to return to!

This is a very nice hotel situated in the centre of tirana. Breakfast was fresh and homemade. Parking is present on the property. They kindly decorated our room since we were celebrating our ten year anniversary. Lovely service and room. We definitely recommend
