We stayed in Bora Hotel in Gjirokaster only for one night. Although only for a short time but we experienced a very nice welcome especially from Lola. She was very nice and she also speaks very good Italian.

Small detail: towels were hard to find. Seems like their location was a company secret 😅

Close to center by foot. Greate breakfast. Staff was very attentive. We booked a budget double room and do not regret it at all.

Very helpful, friendly staff. Great sized room and bathroom. Good hot shower and toiletries provided. Easy parking in front of the hotel. We walked up into the old town, rather than taking the car and trying to find parking. 20 mins walk, up hill, but quite doable for most people, I think.

A perfect stay! Me and my girlfriend stayed for two days to visit the amazing city of Gjirokastra. From the moment we arrived at the hotel we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of perfect. A comfortable and quiet place with a perfect location just 2 minutes far from the Old Bazaar. A delicious breakfast for a good start of the day. I highly recommend it. We cannot wait to return!

Wifi is good enough to post your pics to FB but terrible if you need to work remotely. Location seems close to city centre but it’s all uphill so if you’re not up to the challenge, do yourself a favour and take your car 😅. Breakfast doesn’t come close to what you come to expect in Albania-do not let this be the reason you book because you will be very disappointed. Despite all this, you won’t find anything cheaper. We’ve been travelling Albania for one month now and we’ve paid a lot more for a lot worse. We were actually pleasantly surprised with this one.

For the price we paid, we really can’t complain. The room was comfortable and served its purpose.

Due to regular trips from Greece to Montenegro, i always stop at Bora Hotel to spend the night. The personnel is always friendly and very polite. Rooms are clean and cozy. Breakfast is decent and homemade. Easy free parking in front of the hotel. Nice choice! Value for money!

It was a little bit far by walking to the center of Gjirokaster. 25-30 min by walking ( Gjirokaster isn’t a flat town 😂). Also I wouldn’t recommend a breakfast there. It was good but maybe you can try better. It included fruits and cake.

Its was a cute& clean room. The staff was friendly. They had a parking space if you are going there by car. There were supermarkets right across the street.

Poor wifi, the hotel is located next to the main road so it is very noisy even with windows closed. The breakfast included in the price was symbolic (small bun and banana) but it was possible to pay extra to order good breakfast (eggs, cheese, vegetables, bread).

Very clean hotel with good location (1,5 km uphill to the centre). Good value for money!

Extremely helpful and friendly stuff! Very nice location; it it close to the old center and new center. Rooms are comfortable with the AC. The breakfast is also very delicious. Probably the best hotel in Gjirokaster!😁

The room was very nice with beautiful pictures, brand new washroom. I broke the wheel on my luggage on the way to hotel because the roads do not have good asphalt and the owner glued it to the bag and refused to take any money. He also gave us free ride to the bus. He also bought us kettle and cups when we asked yo have something warm to drink. Besides, breakfast was delicious.

When we arrived the person told us that we aren’t expected. (We show her the confirmation) then we told us that our room with balcony was occupied and she gave us one without any.

Very well located to arrive/depart bus station. Very good breakfast. Supermarket and restaurants nearby. They storage our baggage’s while we went to the castle.
