Nothing. Everything was perfect!

We had an amazing stay at Arel Hotel and honestly everything was a 10/10. The whole place was spotless, the cleanliness really stood out from the moment we arrived. The beds were super comfortable, probably some of the best I’ve slept on in a hotel, and it made our stay so relaxing. Breakfast was also very nice, with good variety and tasty options . A big surprise for us was the elevator! We had read in some comments that there wasn’t one, so it was such a great surprise to find a modern, fast elevator that worked perfectly. The staff were truly wonderful! Friendly, always smiling, and they gave the hotel such a warm and positive atmosphere. It really made us feel welcome and comfortable during our stay. All the vibe of the hotel was great! Everything felt new, fresh and welcoming. We honestly had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend Arel Hotel to anyone visiting Saranda.

My stay in Arel Hotel was the greatest pleasure. I got a beautiful apartment. Everything was clean and perfect. The staff was very friendly and helpfully and the location was perfect, close to the beach. Beautiful view. Delicious coffee and breakfast. I really recommend it.

The staff is what makes the stay absolutely delightful. Private parking is available, just make sure you arrange it with the hotel as soon as you book. Location is great, just a 2-4 minute walk from multiple beaches, rooms are brand new, super clean, beds are comfortable, sheets smelled amazing. During our stay there was construction going on, a lift was being installed which is always nice. The hotel being too new was the reason not having a lift during our stay but it wasn’t a problem at all. We requested a nicer room if possible and they gave us the one on the corner with 2 balconies which was beautiful.

Everything was perfect! The staff and service were absolutely top-class – they helped us with everything, and we felt truly welcome. The room was luxurious and beautifully decorated, the bed was incredibly comfortable, as were the pillows and blankets. The shower and bathroom were stunning and felt high-quality. We even had two balconies, which was amazing – with beautiful views of the sea and the main street. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the whole room was incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was heavenly delicious, with so many tasty options – truly one of the highlights of our trip! We also had free parking in the hotel’s covered parking area, which was a huge plus. The location was excellent – restaurants all around, the beach within walking distance, and shops right next door. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to absolutely everyone! ❤️

There is kettle in the room, but without cups and tea. It’s the only thing i missed. Of course owners give me cups when I asked for it ;)

The owners are super kind and friendly, hope so I will always meet people like them in my travels!! Good location near beaches, stores and restaurants. The rooms are new, strong AC and comfortable BIG (really big) beds. The breakfast are basic but fresh and tasty. Also within 150/200 meters there is a bus stop for bus going to Ksamil and city centre tickets for the curious Ksamil 150lek Centre 100lek

Our stay at the arel hotel was excellent; the staff is more than kind; the breakfast is quite rich. the parking is adjacent to the structure. The location is excellent for reaching the city center on foot and there are equipped beaches attached to the structure. If you’ll visit Saranda, we recommend you to stay at Arel Hotel.

There’s no lift at the hotel you have to take the stairs The airco is too complicated to manage its either too cold or too warm

I would really like to leave a positive review for this hotel, as the rooms were clean, comfortable, and cleaned regularly. The owner was responsive and always helped with every question. The sea is a few minutes' walk away, and there are both private and public beaches nearby. The breakfast was very tasty and varied, everyone can find something for themselves. We sincerely recommend this place for a comfortable family vacation

The room could have done with some hooks to hang towels and clothes etc, and a full length mirror. Also the glass doors in the breakfast dining area need some stickers on to show that they’re closed, watched a couple people walk into them holding their breakfast.

Very modern, clearly newly built. Friendly staff, who also gave good recommendations for activities. Good aircon. Good selection for breakfast. The location is a bit of a long walk out of Sarandë centre but we used it as a jumping off point to get to other places like Ksamil and Himare.

Everything was brand-new. What We enjoyed the most were the comfortable bed as well as the air conditioner which was potent. The staff are very friendly, specially the owner who was always willing to help us with our stay in Sarande. Definitely, I would advise this place to anyone.
