We requested and checked to ensure a suitable sized cot for our 2 year old was available during booking and was told they had a cot for up to 4 year olds. Once we arrived and it was delivered to our room is was only really big enough for a 6 month old. I asked if they had another which they didnt, I asked if we could be moved to a room with a second bed or sofa bed, and was told all the rooms were full. I then had to point out they still had several rooms on booking.com for the duration of our stay showing as available. One of which was slightly smaller than our current room but with a sofa bed and at basically the same rate for our 4 night stay which we would be willing to accept. It was suggested that we make a bad out of blankets on the floor for our daughter. After a bit of pressing they finally agreed to move us to a different room, which we ended up in the one I saw on booking.com. Overall the cot issue wasnt a huge deal, it was just frustrating that it was tried to be brushed off as something they couldnt fix and pretending that all their other rooms were booked.

Excellent hotel with friendly and attentive staff. Lovely pool area. Close to the beach which was clean and really nice and quiet during the week. The buffet dinner was nice and varied a little each evening.

The moment I walked in, I noticed how beautifully designed and peaceful the place felt. It’s modern, everything from the lighting to the furniture feels warm and thoughtfully chosen. The room was super clean and comfortable, with a bed that honestly made it hard to get up in the morning (in the best way!). The bathroom was just as nice, modern, with great water pressure and quality toiletries. What really made the experience even better was the staff. Everyone was so kind and helpful. They made me feel genuinely welcome, not just like another guest passing through. The location is great too, quiet and relaxing. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, with a good mix of options and attention to detail. I'll be back☺️🫶 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Lovely clean hotel. The pool area was very relaxing with the hotels providing towels and a drinks service to your sunbed. The staff were very friendly and the language barrier was not an issue. Only a couple of niggles were no coffee at breakfast, very limited vegetarian option and no separate bar area. I suppose this could be a British expectation. We spent 4 nights and I had the best sleep here as the bed was so comfortable.

The restaurant wasn’t active during the day!

Very beautiful interior, new & clean. The pool has sections for the kids & babies. I loved the attention on the details all over the hotel, specifically in rooms.

Missing facilities like minibar and drinking water, when electricity goes off there isn't water either, these were just small inconveniences... but in general it was okay.

We found it difficult to get to the location. There is no coffee or tea served with the breakfast, one must buy it. It's also a pity that the door of the bar is always opened during the day, with air conditioning on, it's a huge waste of energy and very bad for the environment.

The hotel offers very comfortable rooms (we had a great family suite) and an excellent breakfast. Staff are very nice and reactive.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Bolt Boutique Hotel, and I must say, it was an experience that exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel warmly welcomed and catered to every need with genuine care and professionalism. Every member of the staff, from the front desk to housekeeping, was friendly, attentive, and eager to make my stay as enjoyable as possible. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Its newly open hotel and its was perfect, staff very friendly, excellent location and of course very clean. I thought the hotel was modern and very cute.
