It couldn’t be helped because of how warm the temperature was but the pool was warm. Wasn’t a big deal tho.

Beautiful small hotel with a beautiful pool. Ksamil was very busy in late July so the hotel pool was the perfect place to relax when Ksamil beaches got too overwhelming! Staff were so lovely and accommodating. Highly recommend!

I thought it was beach side but then when I saw the topography, it would be difficult to be on the beach. It’s a nice 5-8 minutes walk.

Only one small suggestion: the room comes with a kettle and mugs, but no tea or coffee. Some teabags or coffee sachets would be greatly appreciated.

Staff are absolutely wonderful. Every single one of them from the owner and manager, to the receptionists, waitresses and cleaners are dedicated to their jobs and those staying at the hotel. As a solo female traveller, I felt safe and well looked after by all. The hotel offers an extensive selection for breakfast, and I also ate at the hotel for dinner a few times: delicious!! Location of the hotel is good, with the town centre at the end of the road, and the nearest beach no more than 7 minutes walk away. Blue Water is separate from the chaos of the centre, but close enough that everything is on your doorstep. Hotel provides towels for sunbeds by the pool, and the pool is lovely and refreshing! Rooms are modern and clean. There is loads of storage space in the room, which I really value in a hotel. The shower has great water pressure and the temperature is easily adjusted. My room was cleaned daily to a spotless standard, and towels refreshed. The room also comes with complimentary slippers, for guests' comfort. AC works well and cools the room quickly. I had a garden view room, and despite being at the front of the hotel, it was quiet and I felt completely safe. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, and will definitely be back, in future! Great hotel in the perfect location—just a short walk to the beach and the main strip, but far enough away that it stays quiet at night. The rooms were spotless and had everything we needed. The pool area was beautiful and peaceful, with plenty of sun loungers available any time of day. Breakfast was really good with a lot of options both cooked & cold continental and plenty of fruit. We also ate dinner at the hotel which was really good quality. What really made the stay was the staff. Every single person we interacted with was warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful—from the receptionist, to the lovely kitchen staff who were friendly & accomodating to our requests. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxed, well-run place to stay in Ksamil.

It was our best hotel so far since the beginning of our trip in Albania. First of all, the hotel staff were incredible, extremely welcoming and very pleasant, especially the woman at reception who took great care of us and was radiant! Secondly, the room was perfect for us (we were 3 guys). We had all the facilities included, and the view from the balcony was great Then, we could use the pool 24h/24 and that was also amazing, it allow us to go swimming late at night Finally, the breakfast and the lunch were so good! The breakfast was complete and healthy! If you go to Ksamil, I recommend you to choose this hotel ! You will be amazed

The budget room is slightly small if you plan to spend a lot of time in there. It was perfect for us as we only used it to sleep as out most of the day.

This hotel is so nice! It is on walking distance to the beach and the center and a nice relaxed place to enjoy your holiday. What makes it perfect is the great service/friendly staff, and how clean everything is. The pool is amazing! This is the best hotel we had in Albania on our 14 days away.

There were a couple of nights when the power went out and there was no air condition. It would be great if the generator could keep the air condition on through the night.
