- Equipment in the apartment is scarce & in poor in the condition (shown in picture). The kitchen facilities were dirty & only minimal equipment was provided. - Unprofessional staff: The staff (one elderly lady) kept on snooping around in our room while we were gone. It made us feel uncomfortable & it violated our privacy. After we contacted the owner, we got a disrespectful response using the behavior of previous guests as a justification for the women to come in our room & go through our belongings. She moved our clothes while leaving the trash full, the floors uncleaned & the toilet paper empty. - Cheapskate: The whole apartment felt like a cheapskate. We were told to turn off the hot water & Air conditioning every time we leave the apartment. After forgetting to do so once, we were told we were “bad guests”. We had to ask for new toilet paper daily, got only one additional roll (we stayed for 7 nights), which is why we ended up buying it on our own. Also, the clothes rack is rusty & starts to bend down when you hang up a few things. There are only 5 clothespin, 3 of them were broken & basically from ancient time. - Unfriendly owner: The owner of the apartment started to send very disrespectful & personally assaulting messages after we addressed a few problems. She became rude, never apologized, but instead blamed us, THE GUESTS, who payed a lot of money for this apartment. - Unorganized parking situation: there are not enough parking spots for all guests. Multiple guests were told to use the same parking spot, leaving us guests to argue over the parking situation. - Not the best location: We had to walk about 45min to get to the centre of Saranda, since the pathway is too small for tourists coming from both directions. - Low value of money: All in all, this apartment is not terrible, but it’s definitely not worth the money! In comparison to other hotels/apartments in the area, it’s way too expensive!!!

Great facility and great people! Valentina cleaned every day our apartment we came home everyday to a clean house and was no need to touch anything! We are going to come again! Thank you😄

View from the 5th story apartment which we stayed in is absolutely spectacular. Location is great, very close to multiple beaches (5min walk). Apartment was very comfortable and clean, host Valentina was always available to assist with all we needed. Highly recommended!

Elevator was out of function during our stay which made it a bit challenging but everything else was so good we weren't even bothered by it that much.

We really liked the view from the apartment — it was the highlight of our stay. The balcony was spacious and perfect for relaxing with a sea view. The apartment itself was clean, well-kept, and comfortable, and we appreciated the private parking spot, which was free and convenient. The location was also great: there were several markets nearby, and we had easy access to restaurants and the city center of Saranda without needing to drive far. The staff was friendly, and overall, the apartment had a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere.

We stayed at Blue Sea Apartments for 5 days and overall, we enjoyed our time there — the location is great, and the sea view from the apartment was definitely a highlight. However, a few things made the stay less comfortable than we expected. The biggest issue was the elevator, which was not working throughout our stay. We were told it had just broken down, but after reading older reviews, it seems it may have been out of service for quite a while. Climbing several flights of stairs every day — especially with luggage or groceries — was really tiring and inconvenient. There were also problems in the bathroom. The shower flooded every time due to poor drainage, and one of the doors was broken so it couldn’t be closed properly. As a result, water would spill out and we had to clean up the floor each time after using it. The kitchen had only the bare minimum. There was a very small amount of salt — just enough for one meal — and not many cooking utensils. We ended up buying a few essentials ourselves. To be fair, maybe not many guests use the kitchen to cook, but it was still a bit disappointing. Also, when the toilet paper ran out, we were told to buy more ourselves, which seemed a bit odd during a short stay. There was an issue with the air conditioner as well — it broke down one evening, but in fairness, it was caused by a bee that got stuck in the external water outlet. Not the host’s fault, just unlucky timing. Lastly, there was a communication issue with the staff. The lady who welcomed us didn’t speak English, which made it difficult to talk about the pricing and payment. There was a bit of confusion converting the amount from euros to lek. Thankfully, we managed to sort it out with the manager, who spoke very good English and was really helpful. In summary, the apartment has a lot of potential, and we did have a pleasant stay. But between the elevator, maintenance issues, and communication challenges, it could definitely be improved.

Amazing experience with an incredible view of the sea and the city of Saranda. The apartment was new, clean and well furnished. Near city center ,good wifi,very important for me because i work from home Great and helpful staff. Very recommended!! Staff was very kind they even welcome us with traditional food "petula" Thank you 🇦🇱👌

Apartment is wonderful. Located in 3km from city centre, but the view from balcony!!!! You will enjoy sunset every evening. It’s worth it. Valentina was very nice to us and tried to help in every aspects

Kinda didn’t liked that the owner was entering to the apartment while we were somewhere outside. Were checking if turned off A/C, boiler and were closing balcony door.

The apartment was clean, tidy, has everything you need and has a spectacular sea view .. The personal was friendly and nice.. a big 10 from me 👍

The view was amazing,you can see the best sunset from there. Everything was clean and looked exactly like on the pictures. I can only recommend.

This was not the owners fault,but the walls are very thin and the couple next door was very inconsiderate and had their tv very loud every night, which made it hard to sleep.

Location was great, the staff was excellent. Niko was lovely and very welcoming. On site parking was useful

Great place with amazing views of the sea. Niko was a great host. Gave us the warmest welcome even though he didn't know English well we could understand everything he had to say. He had the best smile on his face when he learned that we've come from far away India and he showed us some more love. ❤️

Views are the best. Can chill in the property for days. Many resturants nearby, ksmail beaches are just 15mins drive so it's a convenient location.

Super nice apartments. Clean and nice view. We stayed there for 6 days. Really helpful and polite staff. Nico helped us with everything we asked/requested :)
