The breakfast was excellent. Plenty of choice

The reception staff were disinterested. No clue about service or timeliness. The hotel taxi did not arrive to collect us at the airport we got our own cab after waiting ages and it was cheaper. The return taxi organised by the hotel was late and the staff had little interest in chasing it up.

Environment

Rooms were comfortable however a little small for 3 people and a lack of storage space. Rooms badly designed as the headbord was fitted in front of drawers which you could not open and unuseable.Toilet was not thoroughly clean on arrival ( hair and dust behind toilet seat), and although the room was cleaned only 2 times on our 6 night stay the toilet was left neglected. I had to ask 3 times to have the room cleaned and even then sheets and towels were not changed. In my experience unless I literally stripped the beds and put used towels in the basin this would not have been replaced. The balcony was minute and would only accommodate 2 people at a push. Breakfast was a challenge with a lack of tables in the small enclosed restaurant for the amount of guests. Choice of breakfast was limited. Breakfast ends at 10am, however we arrived at 9.30 one morning and only scraps left! Not good.! If you wanted a hot drink you would need to go to 'the bar" which was located in another area of the hotel and not connected to the restaurant room. The queues were sometimes ridiculous ( only 1 person behind the bar)and was not worth the wait! Reception staff were always happy to help but other staff were quite unapproachable and came across as unhappy...never a smile. The website is a little misleading as it shows that the swimming pool has direct access to the hotel but in reality the pool is located, although close by its not on the premises. Also all the gastronomic photos on the website is not something I experience at the hotel. In all I was rather disappointed and did not find it value for money. I would not return or recommend.

Swimming pool even though it was joined with another hotel !

Staff quite rude apart from one , on check out the receptionist who checked us out she wasn’t very professional just wanted to cut our wrist bands off she didn’t ask if we had a good stay , no thank you for staying no nothing! The main entrance is on double dual carriage way plus main road . Cars come speeding right infront of you ! If you want to go on the balcony to relax there was so much noise you couldn’t hear! Thought we’d be able to order food as they show on their website pictures but there was NO menu! No food apart from breakfast ONLY ! Room not very clean wrappers under the beds , hair and sand on the floor no cleaners during our stay !

Breakfast was good because there was a good choice of foods available. The room was clean and tidy and the small balcony had a lovely view of the beach. Nearby and on the beach, there was plenty of shops, restaurants and take aways.

There was no tea or coffee included with the breakfast.

Very clean room within the hotel. We had a great view of the sea, very nice to wake up to. The breakfast in the morning was good, the area was amazing plenty restaurants and shops around. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Swimming pool was also very nice with plenty of sunbeds available every morning. Also the sun-beds by the sea were included for free. Overall very happy with this hotel, would definitely recommend for family holidays.

Qëndrimi im në këtë hotel ishte një përvojë shumë e këndshme. Dhomat ishin të pastra, të bollshme dhe shumë të rehatshme. Stafi ishte jashtëzakonisht i sjellshëm dhe gjithmonë i gatshëm të ndihmonte për çdo kërkesë që kishim. Lokacioni ishte perfekt, shumë afër qe plazhit dhe me qasje të lehtë në pikat kryesore turistike. Mëngjesi ishte i pasur dhe i shijshëm, me shumë opsione për çdo preferencë. Their food. Both breakfast and dinner was the best. The hotel its very clean including the duvet. The staff are very friendly and always willing to help you with whatever you need.

I did not like my view in room 504. The nearby buildings look so dull and old making it hard to have a clear sea view from the room.

The staff is very welcoming and helpful. They are always happy to help. The hotel is clean! The location is great The food is delicious I definitely recommend this hotel 👌👌👌👌
