No fault of their own but hotel located on quite a steep incline so if not confident driver may find it a little intimidating due to being unpaved and narrow. Parking sometimes quite tight however the owner was super helpful and parked the car for us when we had difficulty!

Beautiful view, room had everything we needed for our stay, bed and pillows comfy as well as great aircon. Hairdryer available on request. Issue with the water when we first arrived however we spoke to the guys and it was fixed by the time we came back later in the afternoon!

The room was on the 5th floor without elevator. The location was not easy to reach, even by car, as the hotel is on a steep unpaved road. We found the shower and the handle of a window broken, but the owner reacted quickly to fix.

Great view on the sea. Breakfast was good and on a terrace. Owner was friendly and helpful. We were allowed to use of debit card.

The room was not very clean, we combined the bed and it was very dirty on the floor. The sheets and towela were also not clean. Also, next to the hotel there are chickens who wake you up in thw morning (from the side of the garden)

Very friendly and helpful owners, breakfast on the terrace overlooking the sea. The last section of the road (about 150 m) is really steep, which is compensated by the beautiful view. There are several beaches nearby (15-20 min walk). Those belong the hotels set in the rock are wild, with cliffs. Others are less romantic but with easier access to the sea.

The hotel is located on top of a hill surrounded by lots of construction. It is about 3km from the centre. Furthermore, It is difficult to reach by foot and by car. Once you manage to get to the top, the parking is not easy.

The car park was a bit difficult as it is on top of a hill (work in progress for new buildings) with not much option to turn your car. I would suggest to drive in a small car. The car park and the steep hill are the only down sides, other than that all was very pleasant!

Staff friendly and ready for every request. Good breakfast, with variety of salty and sweet things. Good position, not far from the centre and full of shops and restaurant 10minutes from there.

Well, it’s not the property’s fault, but the way up to the hotel is a nightmare. Also to find the hotel, there needs to be clearer signs which way to go. Ones you figure it out, it’s easy to find. The only thing is, you need to have the right skills to go up very sharply with the car. :)

Noise: At around 04 am roosters started singing and although the windows were closed it was hard to sleep. Location: It is located uphill at around 80 meters above sea level. The road to reach it is bad so you have to drive very carefully for it. Also everything you may wish for is downhill. Room: It was not very clean and the bed was not very good as well. Breakfast: It had little options and a few things were without any taste.

Staff: They were helpful and opened to our requests. Bathroom: There was always hot water and the toilet flushed properly. Room: The AC worked very well.

The place is not easy to reach unless you are very good at driving uphill and the street is really steep. The shower doesn’t have a curtain so when you shower all the water soaks all over the bathroom floor and there is no hair dryer in the room which is crazy. The breakfast is really poor, nothing special.

The breakfast can be improved, somethings were missing, like cheese for example. Also, the time slot is too short, only 1 hour for having breakfast. Besides that, the quality of the towels could be better, but this is not a big problem, it’s just me being picky 😅

250m to the sea works in you measure that by straight line. In fact you need to walk like 15 min to the beach. Returning back to the hill is a bit complicated if you are without car.

Breathtaking view of the sea and a beautiful sunset, both from the shared terrace and the balcony. It’s a family-run business and the staff were kind and welcoming – they even waited for us late into the evening for our arrival. We felt absolutely great there and will definitely return when we visit Albania again. Within a 10-minute walk, you reach beautiful small beaches. Parking is right in front of the hotel. 10 out of 10 😊

Unfortunately, I found that my stay did not meet my expectations. I had concerns about several aspects of the property, including location ,cleanliness, service, amenities, noise levels,I felt that these factors significantly impacted my experience and decided to cancel my stay there and find another hotel. And of top of that they charged me the total price even though I went there and spoke to them that I couldn’t stay in this hotel. This hotel smells awful

I didn’t like anything, the Hotel lied about the address. They put the address in google which wasn’t the correct. I call them and they send me directions by phone and was totally another road which The road was quite challenging, resembling a terrible mountain road, with rough patches and steep inclines that made driving difficult.
