We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

There are five hotel rooms above the restaurant level and they are nicely decorated, comfortable, quiet and have private balcony areas. Great view of the adjacent Venetian Tower. On the Bulevar Epidamno. Right in the center of Duerres. Great value for the money.

United KingdomThe only little issue I had was that the staff seemed a bit cold. However, I think this may have been due to a language barrier leading to limited communication.
The hotel is in the perfect location, right at the center of the city. It’s close to restaurants, shops, and sights. You also get beautiful city views and a bit of the sea from the balcony. However, if you’re an extremely light sleeper, you may want to prepare for this as there’s some noise from the streets at night. The breakfast was okay, different dishes every morning with some authentic Albanian options. The facilities were impressive, great sized room with a huge bed, balcony, WiFi and everything worked perfectly. Housekeeping was done everyday which was a really nice touch.
