Loveeeed the view, the view was absolutely stunning i took so many pictures, the price for the stay was really good even though we booked last minute since we made a spontaneous decision to go to sarandë, the apartment and room was clean, the staff was super helpful and friendly upon arrival we got ice cold water which was amazing after a long car drive to get there, we also had lots of bags and got offered help by the owner/staff, they always made sure that everything was alright they would ask us if everything was good and if anything missed they would provide us with it immediately, if i could give a 100/10 to this place i definitely would! We are definitely coming back when we go back to sarandë i could only recommend this place for tourists, 5 minutes walk to the nearest beach and you find everything else near, restaurants, markets, bars everything you want you have it near!

My stay at Bill's Apt was wonderful! The room was well-maintained, clean, and all the staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. I really appreciated their help with giving me bus and travel information in English. I found the room to have everything I needed, including a full kitchen which I used daily and an excellent AC system. Although I found the evenings nice and cool with the sea breeze coming in and really didn't need the AC. The bed was very comfortable, and the pillows were soft. The view to the sea from the balcony was so fantastic!

The only small downside, but due to my poor physical readiness is that it's uphill and the streets are narrow for a car (lots of parked ones) but the host came down and helped us up and also when we left too. So all in all it was excellent.

The apartment was excellent, clean and spacious. The hosts are wonderful and very helpful especially in choosing the beach, market, restaurants etc. I even had a problem with my car and the host and his father helped me. It is 3 minutes away from first city beaches and 10 minutes from the inner city centre.

From the moment we arrived, the warm and welcoming atmosphere made us feel right at home. Bill is the most gracious and friendly host you could ask for — always ready to help, give local tips, and ensure every detail is perfect. The apartment itself was spotless — I mean truly immaculate. You can tell great care is taken with the cleaning, as everything was shining, fresh, and ready for us to enjoy. The decor is stylish yet cozy, and every amenity you might need is thoughtfully provided. The location is fantastic, close to the sea and within easy reach of everything Sarandë has to offer, yet still peaceful enough to relax and unwind. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. Thank you, Bill, for making our stay unforgettable — we can’t wait to come back!

Very spacious and clean apartment with amazing view from the balcony, near the city beach and promenade. Loads of restaurants and shops close by. Host is very helpful, great contact. She has provided us with all the information about local restaurants, shops and attractions. Undergrad car park available.

The stay in Sarande with accommodation in Bill's apartaments was wonderful. Miss Pamelea together with the dance family were exceptional hosts: kind, attentive and available to all our problems with information and help / Clean room, well organized, perfect cleanliness. Steep hill leading up to the hotel. No actual ocean view. We were on the back left side of the building.

Host was very helpful, welcoming and serviceable. Without asking she offered to wash our clothes for no charge. We kindly took upon their offer. Afterwards they brought our clothes back into our room when we were away. Big parking garage underneath the building. Wasn't parked in for once which was nice.

There was no washing machine, they should be more natural with their kind behaviour and it should not be forced, the showerhead was broke it was a challenge to have a peaceful shower.

The location is quite good, the distance with the main promenade of Saranda was great and it was very clean.

To be honest, I have already visited several countries and stayed in different hotels and apartments, but I fell in love with this country this apartment and the attitude of the owner. This place has become my favorite and I will probably return here next year. I have never met such kind, willing owners who always give quick advice, help and even recommend places to go in Saranda. The apartment was beautiful with a view of the sea and it was cleaned every day, which was great, and is in a great location. If you who are reading this review are thinking about booking this apartment, don't wait and book now! Thank you for everything.

The view was blocked slightly, and perhaps not quite as advertised, by the construction directly in front of the balcony. But it did not detract too much from the experience. It is still a good view of the bay.

The host was fantastic and provided for all of our needs, giving us many recommendations of where to go and what to do in Sarandë. The room was very comfortable and the balcony a lovely addition.

We liked everything about the apartment however if you wanted a truly self contained apartment to cook etc it may be a bit small.

Amazing hospitality by Bill and his daughter, they went above and beyond for us. They picked us up and dropped us off to the bus station, provided a washing service and were incredibly helpful with directions and recommendations throughout our week stay. Additionally, they regularly cleaned and refreshed our towels throughout the week. The apartment itself was clean and modern and had a lovely balcony with a view of the ocean. It was about a 10 minute walk to the main free beach with lots of food options closer to the apartment. Would highly recommend this place!

The hosts were exceptionally friendly and kind, they even collected us in their car to take us to the property! It was really easy to contact them. The apartment is just right for visiting Sarandë and has everything you need. They are the best hosts! You are only a short walk from the town centre and 5 minutes from the bus to Ksamil/Butrint so it’s really convenient for exploring the south and beautiful beaches.
