They didn't change the towels every day and didn't add toilet paper, if you don't ask for it.

The location was excellent, right in front of the beach. All the rooms have a sea view. The breakfast was okay, the food was fresh.

The hotel has bad sound insulation, you can hear people and shower noises from other rooms.

This is an older hotel but well kept and clean, right on the beach. Breakfast is in the hotel restaurant in a separate building on the beach, pleasant and pretty. Breakfast was good. We had dinner there as well and that was excellent and tasty.

During our stay there were going on some construction works near the hotel, so it was quite noisy, nevertheless the room was clean, nice seaview, helpful and kind staff and great breakfast. The beach is also nearby from the hotel.

its directly on the street sh4 so sometimes it was very loud and there were also constructions works nearby that was the reason why it was so cheap - well for us it was okay during the day we went away from the hotel because of the noise. they didnt clean the room for three days so we werent happy with the cleaning.

First of all: we had a great time and the stuff was very friendly and helping, even if they didnt spoke much english. the breakfast was very good and also the location of the hotel. there are a lot of restaurants nearby and there is a bus station in front of the hotel.

We are currently staying at the Benilva Hotel and after reading some reviews, we felt the need to share our real experience. Unfortunately, some of the comments seem to be out of line with reality, as accommodation with very affordable prices is expected to have the same level of luxury as the Sheraton. Well, dear guests - that's simply not the case. We have read complaints like "I had to go to the ATM because card payments are not possible". Honestly, isn't it logical to check this kind of information in advance? And yes, no matter where you travel, having some cash with you is always a good idea. The hotel consists of an older part that is currently undergoing renovation and a new, recently completed building. Some guests are abusing this situation by posting photos from the renovation phase, pictures of the outdoor toilet, which is used by xy people from the beach every day, and based on that, leaving bad reviews. This is not fair - because the situation on the ground looks much different. Our experience - the new part of the hotel: We stayed in the new building - and everything was flawless! The rooms are modern, clean and very functional. As for the older part of the hotel - yes, the furniture is older, but the hygiene is at a high level. And most importantly - the owners' effort to improve everything and offer guests comfort, and not just look at profit, is noticeable. The breakfast is extremely tasty, varied, with lots of local dishes. A real treat! The staff is more than friendly - from the reception to the staff who take care of the beach. The hotel manager is constantly present, actively helping both the guests and his team. Special praise goes to the older gentleman who takes care of the beach, umbrellas and deck chairs - a true host. Our experience was extremely positive. We did not find ourselves in any of the negative comments - on the contrary!

Ac/heater didn’t work, so temperature in room was around 15celsius. We tried to told that to owner when we left, just to let them know, so they can fix it before temperatures will rise too hot, but the old lady just told we didn’t know how to use it (we have similar at home).

I booked hotel for a restful holiday which I have once per year. On a website it was stated some construction work will finish end of May 2023. When we arrived there was construction work next to the hotel full on. I believe they are just building next Benilva. From 7.30 am till 3pm drilling, banging, terrible noise. One day concrite arrived and terrible smell was even on a beach. The fumes from old diesel car were spreading that it was hard to breath. If you don't want to have ruined holiday don't bother to come for at least one year. When I have complained I was offered refund if I leave room, but in the middle of season there was nowhere to go. I'm quite shock how can you not inform customers that construction is still fully going on. We have paid 83 Euro per night stay there for 8 nights, which is not cheap. Also pictures are staged and in reality everything looks different. Breakfast first day was even ok, next day worst and worst. How can you fry sausage with plastic foil on, it is beyond me. Room was not cleaned through 8 nights, it was only provided with clean towels. Mosquitoes nets were in a window but you couldn't close them properly hence loats of bites.

Sea, sunbeds and nice weather. Man who was managing sunbeds was trying to keep beach clean all the time, which I really appreciate. Thank you.

The staff doesnt speak english, no cold water in the room so the toilet didnt work, food is awful, you cant pay by card and so I ended up paying 8 euros too much because they didnt have change. Even the taxi that they called when we left they managed to give a wrong adresse so we ended up in a wrong place. Stay away this a scam big time.
