Being on the road, a bit noisy at night.

What must be taken into account is that it is not a proper hotel, but 8 rooms arranged on the 1st floor of a new building. However, the interior design, good taste and impeccable cleanliness far surpassed any other 4-star hotel. The reception is located on the ground floor, where the bar is also and where breakfast is served, not very varied, but tasty. Both the receptionist and the owner, very kind people, attentive to everything you need and providing all the necessary information. CONGRATULATIONS!

Breakfast was buffet-style but quite small and compact. Eggs or omelettes were made to order in the kitchen, but unfortunately, they were more lukewarm than hot when served. From our experience during the trip, cold breakfasts seem to be common in Albania — we only had a warm breakfast in one of the seven hotels we stayed at. The reception and rooms are on different floors. The reception is located in the bar at street level, which is also where breakfast is served. The bar itself was fine, but to access the rooms, you need to use outdoor stairs. The outside door to the room floor was almost always open, which raised some security concerns, as it meant anyone from the street could potentially enter the area where the room doors are.

We traveled from Osum Canyon to Sarandë and chose to stay overnight in Vlorë as a stop along the way. The hotel was a good option for a quick stay, though there wasn’t much to do nearby. The beach was quite far from the hotel, and the old town is small (just a couple of short streets) and also not within walking distance. The room itself was clean, modern, and comfortable. The bed and pillow were great, and I appreciated having a blanket option. The AC worked well and was quiet. Despite being next to a busy road, we didn’t hear any traffic noise with the balcony door closed. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Best value for money in vlore I think. The room is fancy and is spotlessly clean and has a lovely clean linen smell. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is convenient as you are a 15/20 min walk from the busiest areas along the beach

Everything about the property was excellent: the location, the staff etc It says it is a boutique hotel and it really looks stunning, very modern and clean. Staff at the bar and reception go way and beyond to help you and to look after you.

I was traveling alone on a motorcycle and as soon as I arrived the very friendly owner made sure the motorcycle was parked in a safe place then checked me in . The place is extremely clean and close from a lot of restaurants and bars.Definitely recommend this place if you are traveling on motorcycle!!

Nice, small hotel with modern facilities. Free parking on the premises and on the street. Comfortable beds and well insulated windows so you can't hear the street. Nice staff, unfortunately only the manager speaks English. The off-season breakfast consists of a chocolate croissant, a coffee and a glass of orange juice. You should know that!

It's not the best location in the city, it takes some time to get to the center or to the sea by walking, altough not impossible. But by car, nothing is too far :) The stairs to the rooms are on the outside of the building (and no elevator). It's not a big deal though.

The room was really nice and comfortable. There was plenty of public parking available around the hotel. The staff was communicative and helpful.

Reception seems a bit brusque, but we got used to it

A very new hotel, within walking distance of the coast, and the old town. Free parking and quiet rooms, set back from the road. Great breakfast!

The cleanliness of the room could be better. The heating system seems to be centralised for all rooms, so it could be uncomfortable for someone and comfortable for someone else. For us it was too hot the first night.

The hotel is located on a very convenient part of the city. It’s close to the boulevard and sea, as well as to the Old town. The owner and other staff of the hotel are very kind and helpful and the rooms are very clean. Breakfast was also very good. Would love to come here again!

View from the balcony on the construction, but I know it’s temporary and the accommodation owner can’t do anything about it.

The location was perfect, close to the sea Promenade, yet quiet in the evening. There is a construction next to the hotel, but we were not affected by a noise and once finished, it will be okay. Amazing super clean rooms - definitely 10/10! Great breakfast - especially the chocolate croissant has been the best I have ever had! Thank you!

This is a small new hotel with tastefully furnished rooms. Fine beds, I slept well, although the hotel is located on a busy street, it has good sound insulation. Parking is in front of the hotel. 5 minutes from the port (by foot), 15 minutes from riviera. Very friendly owner who warned us how to avoid traffic jams in Vlora.
