I really enjoyed my stay here. The location is perfect, right between Ksamil and Saranda, making it easy to visit both. Parking is included, which is a big plus. There’s also a small, quieter beach just next to the property that’s absolutely worth visiting. The owners were very kind and always available to answer questions.

Great experience overall. The staff (the whole family) is super friendly and available to anything, they strive to go extra mile with the guests. The Villa is quiet and the guests are very respectful. Bed was comfortable and the room had all we needed. The breakfast includes something different everyday, including as well typical Albanian dishes. The location is strategical in between Ksamil and Sarandë. I definitely recommend this solution to anyone looking for some days in peace and relax.

Had an absolutely wonderful stay in this beautiful place, away from busy streets of Saranda. Room was comfy and clean, breakfast in the garden by the pool was just perfect and the hosts were very lovely and attentive.

Amazing, kind owners, with a very friendly dog. They are very welcoming and do everything to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Breakfast, dinner and drinks were amazing! The pool is great and it's close to both Ksamil and Sarande. The room was very clean, with nice beds and shower.

The room was not cleaned during the entire three-day stay, there was no protein for breakfast, just butter, the water in the shower was cold at times, because the heating is solar, it said there was a television, but it wasn't, and check-out is extremely early, 9:30 am, unusual.

The facilities are great and have great taste. The owners are attentive. The swimming pool is amazing.

The breakfast that was served was a little basic and we were asked to have the breakfast at 07h30 every day. We said yes, but preferably we would have enjoyed to wake up on vacation a little later and stress free.

The place was very tidy and organized, very calm and silent. We really enjoyed to stay there. The facilities were also very new and comfortable.

The owners were very kind people! However, we felt a bit uncomfortable and watched, but that may be just a cultural thing we Dutchies have to get used to.

We originally did not know about the bus stop located near the villa and therefore spent a lot of money on taxi and walked long distances. Make sure to ask questions regarding anything you need and the hosts are happy to help. They even offered us rides to our nearby destinations which was extremely helpful.

the property was lovely with a beautiful pool, great homemade breakfast, and gorgeous location. Although it is a drive from the city center, there is a bus stop located close and there are a few restaurants within walking distance. We loved Heaven Beach (a short and beautiful walk from the villa) as well as visiting Ksamil. The hosts were very kind and treat you as family. The long list of rules ensure that the B&B is run smoothly and should not impact your stay.

We didn't slept very well on the flat pillows, however that's something personal.

Lovely hosts who are there for you when you need them. We were asked if we wanted to buy some champagne from the owner when we were chilling at the pool so we definitely did that! We read in the reviews that you need to pay for sunbeds, but with such low prices for the rooms we can understand and its only 1 euro. We did it and we loved it, we even got to use two bigger towels because we only brought small ones for the sunbed. Breakfast was amazing, with little variety's every morning in fruit or cake.
