Reviews of Azure Hotel Dhermi 3 stars

Location is amazing, rooms were clean and basic, staff were very accommodating:) don’t listen the the reviews about how it is weird that the check in desk is in the garden, its simply just an outdoor area because there is no “lobby” the property is just split into building.

The venue gave our confirmed room to other people and left us without a solution !

The guys at the reception were very kind and available for everything we needed. The property was very close to the beach.

The room and bathroom was too small for 3 people( and i booked a room of 4) and with old beds and closet.

The rooms are nothing like pictured and the sea view the mention is so so minuscule, it's absurd they even advertise it in the booking. They do not accept card when you arrive at the property and only accept cash or a transfer to some dodgy sounding bank account situation. The reception is a nice young gentleman sitting at a plastic table and chair at the entry way near the cement stairs. He was lovely, showed me the room before I had the option of going to withdraw cash from an atm 2km away. After seeing the room and the misleading information, we requested to not go ahead with our stay and cancel the booking. The front desk called the owner who refused to cancel free of cost regardless of the situation and was rude about understanding

The rooms and the premises do not look anything like the images. It's more of a hostel like motel that's hidden and parking is a nightmare.

I thought i booked the rooms that are in the picture, unfortunately they were more expensive so the ones we had was so old for the value of money,

One of the staff was really nice and helpful. Didn’t remember his name but the summer before he was in Greece.

Dhermi is expensive compared to the rest of the riviera, this was more expensive and it didn’t include breakfast, it was a weird place. Didn’t look like the pictures.

We liked the hotel a lot. The room was super clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful in many ways. Like offering hospitality when we became sick but also driving us to the bus station. They were available 24/7 for any help that we needed. The hotel is very central and close to the beach. The shop is also very close. We were happy and we will for sure come back! All recommmended!
