Hotel was near the beach, with private parking, pool was excelent and the staff was friendly and professional, food was great and delicious. The bar in front of hotel was ralaxing, mostly young people working, always smiling and kind. Great variaty of drinks especially coctails. Great amount of different restaurants and markets close to the hotel. Room was excelent, clean and spacious. Excelent !!!

I had a fantastic stay at Atrium Deluxe Resort! The hotel is very clean, modern, and offers a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. The room was cozy and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly polite and welcoming – always ready to assist with a smile and genuine hospitality. Their friendliness truly enhanced the overall experience. The bathroom was a bit small, but everything else about the room and the facilities was excellent. Overall, a wonderful place that I would gladly recommend to anyone looking for a high-quality stay on the Albanian coast.

We liked everything. The breakfast was so good, all the facilities were exceptional. Clean as much as it can be. The beach is few ninutes far away. The hotel has their own beach, their own towels for the pool and the beach. The food is delicious, fresh and everything clean.

The only thing that keeps this from being a better rating is the bathroom size and design. It is impossible to shower without wetting the entire bathroom as the glass on the small shower stall is, due to the bad design, too short to contain the shower. This means an extra cost for the Hotel as ever room make up requires dry and clean towells. Bathrooms require a major make over.

This is an excellent resort with beautiful gardens, friendly efficient staff and a good restaurant and bar. I highly recommend a stay here. The private beach area for Atrium is a bonus and is surrounded by many bars and restaurants, and only a 3 minute walk from the Hotel.

The milk served during breakfast with the coffee was left out on the side and ended up making my partner violently ill for 2-4 hours. My partner who is English went to the bar and ordered a large pint and was given a small for the same price and when later that day when I ordered the same pint for him ( i spoke in albanian) i was given a large pint at the same price. The staff just laughed about over charging my partner and did not see no wrong doings. The shower did not fully work properly and the temperature kept changing on its own. Also we kept a do not disturb sign on our door as we did not want house keeping and the staff entered the room without permission and removed the sign.

My overall experience at this hotel was good. I personally really liked the buffet breakfast and the pool was perfect. The pool was never too busy so it was always good. The rooms were a really good size and reception was friendly.

The beach was a bit crowded and the shower small, but it didn't bother us.

tv is basically useless for a tourist: only local channels (but we didn't really care anyway), bathroom was small (especially in comparison to the room size).

Excellent and knowledgeable staff, very comfortable bedding, great breakfast, clean room. Lots of shade and greenery on the premises. We were on the fourth floor and our room had an awesome, private and very large balcony. If you travel with the kids, during the large part of the daytime, it's great that kids pool shallow area is in the shade (lots of hotels forget this)!

There was no shower cabin, just a glass from one side which was a problem while showering.
