I would say some improvement for the breakfast. To add some fresh fruits, and few more bits at least to look better and more variety.

Staff was great and tried their best to accommodate with anything they could, even that their English wasn't always good enough to understand you.

We had some issues during our stay. The Wi-Fi didn’t work for the first few days, even though we reported it several times. Breakfast had limited variety, although the food itself was good. For dinner, there was no option to choose what to eat, and we weren’t informed in advance about the menu — we only found out what was being served when the dish arrived at the table. Communication could be difficult at times due to the staff’s limited English.

Our stay was overall pleasant. The room was nice and comfortable, and dinner was different every night and very tasty. One of the staff members, Mariglen, was especially friendly and helpful, which really made a difference.

We didn't receive the room that we booked. I think we received the smallest room in the location, without a balcony, so drying towels or clothes was a bit challenging. TV cable wasn't working. The internet connection was poor and sometimes didn't work at all.

The room is modern, with some interesting futures. It was clean. The breakfast was good and tasty but not that diversified. However, that guy/waiter who was serving us the breakfast is a really nice and polite guy. Their garden is really nice and clean, with some really nice animals there. The location is good, very close to the center, and to many restaurants.

We had two hours without water and when it ran again it was only cold they told us the problem would be solved in 5 minutes. . Our sink did not work and water came into the room. The solution a waterwipe, well I'm not on holiday to wipe the floor everytime someone took a shower. So that need to be fixed.

The room was very clean and tidy. AC worked perfectly. They changed our sheets and towels on request anytime. Staff was very friendly and always prioritising our needs. They asked us if we wanted to drink smth or if we wanted help with the luggage, parking, sunbeds etc. Breakfast in the garden area was very peaceful and tasted better. I could give very good score on location as well, it was very central with several facilities around and several beaches via short walking distance.

The garden where we was eating breakfast and dinner was amazing literaly was wow. We had a 7 days stay at this hotel and we really enjoyed everything the food was delicious room was big and very comfortable. Staff was very welcoming and me and my wife felt like home. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Atlantis Hotel & Apartments, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Every aspect of my stay, from the warm welcome at check-in to the comfortable accommodation. The level of hospitality and attentiveness displayed by the hotel staff throughout my stay was remarkable. The room I stayed in was nothing short of perfect. Clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with modern amenities, it provided a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The hotel's facilities were equally impressive. The location was ideal. Situated in the centre of Ksamil, providing easy access to popular Beach Bars and Restaurants, different shops, and public transportation.

We did decide to come in the begining of the season as we wanted to enjoy the peacefull and the sea to be all just for us. Staff was very welcome and the Chef was cooking traditional food as we did ask and we felt like home.

It was Located in city centre. We did had a wonderfull time there as the staff was very polite, very helpfull was like paradise. All the facilities were very close to the hotel like supermarket, coffee shops, cashpoint, beach everything you needed. Rooms were very comfortable and well cleaned. I would highly recomend it to anyone as it was a very nice, quiet and relaxing place. Do not forget ask for a shisha in the evening while you enjoying a film in the lounge they had there.

We were promised to have a room upgrade way ahead of our trip which was a big reason we chose this hotel. When we arrived they just told us it was a mistake done by ”someone” and no other compensation or apologies were given. Showerhead was broken and the first set of sheets were stained.

Absolute filth, stained bedding, hairs everywhere, dead bird and nest on the balcony that looked like it had been there weeks and the other staff members apart from the receptionist were so unhelpful, rude, made us feel so uncomfortable and unwelcome and staring at us up and down with daggers so horrible we didn’t even join them for breakfast and left the hotel after one night when we booked and paid for 2

I did love everything in this hotel. Rooms were clean location was wonderfully with loads of facilities around as it was based in city centre. Was nice, quiet and privacy and I would love to say the films and the atmosphere at the lounge of this hotel felt like I was home. I would highly recommended this bespoke hotel.
