This place was a great value for the space and breakfast. The staff is amazing with recommendations, points of contacts for services, serving breakfast to your room or in the dining space, letting you know if your delivery or taxis are there, they help with everything really! Loved our stay here.

A rather long walk (900m) on the steep streets to reach the promenade, but at least you’ll end up on the nicer side of Sarande. The traffic is nuts, be prepared :) An amazing gem in an unplanned city.

Absolutely amazing. The rooms are 3m high, doors are 2.2m, and the balcony doors are 2.4m. Very good quality finishes all around. Impecable lighting. The photos are making the room look smaller than it is in reality. A makeup mirror on the massive side-table. The bed is also huge (2x2m). The smaller room has a slightly narrower bed (1.8m wide) As a tall person you’ll definitely appreciate this. The staff and the owners are extremely nice people, you won’t regret staying here. Highly recommended.

Everything was amazing! It is a few minutes walk away from the beach but this was perfect as we had great views, away from the noise!

I rarely take time to write a review however this property was absolutely beautiful! Amazing rooms, clean and well furnished- has everything you need. A home away from home. The staff are so hospitable and were kind enough to extend our check out time. Highly recommend. The view from our room was beautiful, especially at sunset.

Exceptional, clean, tidy and perfect location. Everything about this hotel was exceptional, the staff and owner were amazing, they took their time to create a truly memorable experience and stay. We visited Albania for the first time, as a young family of 4. I felt relaxed and comfortable and so did the children. The owner was at the hotel during our stay and offered guidance on best beaches with the kids and even food spots he would recommend. The rooms are secure and safe as well as comfortable. We felt a little anxious about not having physical key locking system in our hotel room due to our oldest knowing how to open doors and being very adventurous, however the staff gave us an additional key to secure the door offering us reassurance and extra safety during our entire stay. The view was outstanding throughout the day and night, you can tell how much creative care was put into this hotel as the layout was excellent and truly exquisite. The breakfast was amazing and was delivered to the room every morning so you didn’t have to interrupt your day dining in a breakfast room. I would 1000% recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning very soon.

Absolutely loved our stay at Artnest Hotel! The room was beautiful and incredibly comfortable bed, with a stunning view from the balcony a perfect spot to enjoy breakfast each morning. Being able to order breakfast to the room was such a nice touch, and the pistachio croissant was a highlight! The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location is great too in a quieter part of Saranda, but still just a short walk from everything. Highly recommended!

We stayed at the room with teras, our view was beautiful. It is a boutique hotel with 5 Star quality and service. Breakfast is served to your room and feels very special. Owners (husband and wife) are there to help you with all your questions and needs during your visit.

The owners are extremely friendly, helpful, and communicative. Upon arrival they provided us with a wonderful list of recommendations in the area and helped with our luggage. The staff are all helpful and kind, very professional. The view from the room is breathtaking and everything was spotless. You can make breakfast selections the night before and it is brought up to your room in the morning - it is truly a luxury experience. Make sure you wear comfortable shoes - hotel is on a hill (like much of Saranda) you will be walking 15-20 minutes to main attractions.

The accommodation is absolutely top-notch – beautifully finished, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully equipped for a comfortable and relaxing stay. One of the highlights was the fresh breakfast delivered to our suite each morning – such a treat! With plenty of delicious options to choose from, it was the perfect way to start the day. The private patio overlooking the ocean offered breathtaking views – an ideal spot to unwind and watch the sunset after a day of exploring. The entire experience exceeded our expectations. We couldn’t have wished for more from our stay in Sarandë. This place is not just accommodation – it’s a warm and memorable welcome to Albania. Highly recommended!

There is nothing negative we can say about the hotel.

The hotel is located further up the hill, away from noise and the waves of tourists. It is very accessible from the main road and it has an underground parking. The apartment is huge and has everything you can think of(fish silicone ice form in the freezer). They offer beach towels for beach days and breakfast is freshly made everyday. There was nothing that we asked for that we weren't offered. Both Artemis and his wife are super sweet and helpful.

It is a very new and modern building, the suite we had was spacious and very well equipped with a large balcony looking out over the sea. There is a large seating area with dining table and kitchenette. and a modern and well equipped bathroom The bedroom is very large with a comfortable bed. The area is quiet. Breakfast is of your choice and delivered to the room. The building is 15 mins walk to the promenade with bars and plenty of good restaurants. Secure underground parking is available. The staff were always on hand and very helpful. We enjoyed our stay.
