The hot tub was dirty and in the end we did not use it.

Gorgeous room. Fantastic, helpful staff who even made us a packed lunch to take with us on our journey to Valbonë the following morning, and also allowed us to keep our luggage there for later pickup. We also had the nicest meal of our entire Albania & Montenegro stay there - the duck risotto is to die for, and the restaurant itself has such a pretty, intimate vibe outside in the courtyard. 10/10 would recommend.

Very nice, spacious and.clean rooms in this unique hotel. Lovely courtyard garden with outdoor dining options - we enjoyed an excellent dinner there. Staff packed us a tasty breakfast the night before since we were departing very early - very nice. Great location too. Would definitely stay here again.

Not a big issue for us as we live in Bangkok and it's always noisy...but pub next door had live music that was loud. But it stopped promptly at midnight.

Staff very thoughtful and accommodating. Quick responses from staff. Excellent location..easy access to buses, restaurants. Very nice breakfast in property's garden. Tradional house.

The AC was positioned at a weird location, so the room wasn’t getting cooler and it was uncomfortable because of this. While the manager was amazing, the rest of the staff could have been more smiling and responsive.

The location was good and central, making it convenient to get around. The room was also spacious, which made it comfortable.

No real negatives apart from it being a little loud in the evenings due to a bar nearby which we wish we had checked for in reviews before as we needed to be up at 5/6am to get a bus to Valbone. However, we had a great stay!

The room was great, in a lovely setting. The staff were incredibly kind, they looked after our bags while we hiked in Theth, and even made a packed lunch for us to take. Really thoughtful touches.

It was all wonderful. The bar next door can be loud, especially during world cup soccer, but it shuts down at a decent hour.

We had a wonderful two-night stay. This hotel is a special place, and we enjoyed learning the history from our friendly waiter. This was a family home that was converted into a 3-room boutique hotel. The chef was trained at a Michelin restaurant in Switzerland, and the excellent food showcases his training. The rooms are beautiful, the beds comfortable. the staff very friendly and accommodating, and the location ideal. We ate our meals at the hotel, as the food was the best in town and the beautiful ivy-covered courtyard was a beautiful and quaint refuge.

Perfect location in the old town. Really helpful property manager. Clean. Comfy beds. Held our bags for a couple days whilst we hiked through Theth. Manager helped sort transport via Tias Hostel to achieve the hike

The rooms are not soundproof at all. I had a couple of very early starts and could hear everything from the rooms either side, which made me very conscious about getting up early. Staff were a bit miserable, making me feel like I was a bit of a burden at times; apart from the lovely lady who served breakfast with a smile :)

Great location, clean room with good amenities. The courtyard area offers a quiet place to relax away from the Main Street. Breakfast was very nice.

Everything was good - no complaints.

Lovely central location but quiet. The room looked down into the courtyard restaurant and staff supper friendly. Didn't have to go anywhere for dinner and they provided a picnic for breakfast as we had to leave early.

We had an early bus on our departure day so had asked in advance for a packed breakfast which unfortunately was very small, just two tiny rolls per person. It was a shame because the restaurant and courtyard area was lovely and the restaurant food was very good so I imagine breakfast would have been good if we'd stayed. As others have said, the bathroom floor didn't slope enough so the bathroom floor got entirely soaked after a shower

Perfect location, just off the main street but also quiet, absolutely no street noise at all yet minutes from bars and restaurants. Room was comfortable, stylish and well appointed. The hotel also kept our luggage for us for a few days while we went to the mountains which was really helpful. We ate in the restaurant and really enjoyed our meals as well.

The hotel was in an excellent location and decorated beautifully. The restaurant food was also lovely! They even let us keep our luggage there whilst we went hiking in the mountains and provided us with sandwiches as we were leaving early.
