The area is good and central.

In the beginning both owners were very friendly to us and told us that there is a delicious breakfast buffet and that the windows are protecting from the noise of the streets as the hotel is next by the main road of ksamil. After our first night we discovered that there was still noise from outside although we kept the windows completely closed. The breakfast room was the basement and when we arrived at 09:15 everything was packed with plastic and the cappuccinos we got where made from a coffee powder not from a coffee machine like you would use for camping. When I asked whether we are supposed to eat the pre-prepared omelettes in plastic cold we got a harsh answer that there is a microwave and that everybody else is having early breakfast at that they prepare everything already at 07:00 making us feel like it's our problem that we come not at 07:00 when they do it fresh. The room itself feels more like in a hospital than in an hotel, but I think that all other guests are just writing this good reviews because of the friendly owners. In the end it turned out, that they just act friendly...but when you tell them about your opinion they don't really appreciate it so much but take it as a criticism. I wouldn't have even written such a long comment about the hotel if I were not really disappointed about the breakfast and the way the "kindness" of the owners changed to predictability and fake politeness to make people avoid to write bad reviews. In the end, a bit of disappointment because we decided for this hotel mainly for their mostly good reviews

The owners are the most kindest people i've met on my trips. Few bad things happened to us on our stay and they were very heplful every time when we needed. They do excelent servise and also make amazing pizza in their restaurant. If you are not looking for some fancy, luxury hotel this is the best choice you have. I mean it. We stayed only for 3 nights, but we loved them.

Great staff, great location, very clean

The position is so good as it’s central to Ksamil. The hosts are kind. Breakfast is good

The shower should be redone as it’s not very comfortable. There is not the structure of the shower so water is everywhere in the bathroom

The hosts Arjan and Anja were the perfect mixture of friendliness and professionalism. It felt like visiting old friends. From the moment we stepped in till we left they took extra care for us and made sure everything was perfect during our stay. The room was clean and very spacious. It was equipped with all the necessary amenities. Bonus point :they make extra delicious pizza which can be delivered to your room Can’t wait to get back

Nothing it was perfect

We stayed as two sisters and from the first moment, Ari and Aniesa made us feel at home. Ari is one of the funniest person we've ever met. When I had a stomach ache, Aniesa even made me herbal tea herself, which really helped. They are truly the kindest and most welcoming hosts we've ever met! The hotel is very close to the beach (4-5 mins walk), restaurants, and the bus stop to Saranda and Butrint (2 mins walk). Everything was amazing—cleanliness, service, location. We're so glad we stayed here and highly recommend it!

Everything was perfect!

We loved every second of our stay in Ksamil, thanks to Aniesa and Arian - our lovely hosts! They received us so well and we really felt like home. The location is perfect, you are close to the centre, where all the hustle and bustle is. Breakfast was amazing, everything is home grown and local. Thanks to our hosts again - we did get some nice recomendations where to go in town and what to see/do, appreciated as coming from a different country. We would definitely be coming back again soon!

We had a wonderful stay here! The host was incredibly welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location is perfect—close to the beach and other attractions in Ksamil. The room was spacious and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. Plus, the pizza here is fantastic!

Ari and his family were amazing hosts

Ari and his family run the place, they are very friendly and helpful, just like family. They can help you with all the information you need. The hotel is located on the main road, Google map take you to the back road, so be careful with that. It is just few minutes walking distance from Poda beach bar. Nice parking place and also you can quick wash your car if needed. They made the traditional Albanian breakfast Petulla for us. I would definitely recommend this place if you want get away from commercial hotels and foods.

Hotel Arsenal is absolutely the place to stay in Ksamil. The owners are so incredibly kind they make you feel like family! The breakfast is exceptional — served buffet style and with lots of options for every taste. The rooms are bright and clean and the bed is so comfortable I had trouble getting out of it in the morning. As a solo traveller, I felt safe and cared for. I cannot recommend this place highly enough! I will definitely be back and encourage friends and family to stay here when visiting Ksamil. I am extremely grateful for the time I spent at Hotel Arsenal and am already looking forward to the chance to return!

Nothing, perfection all around.

The location is a few minute walk to the beach, restaurants and the bus stop. The couple who owns the hotel are lovely and helpful. They also find time to get to know you but gives you privacy. The place is a good value for money. Will recommend.

From the moment we arrived we knew our stay at Hotel Arsenal was going to be delightful. Ari, our host, extended us the warmest of welcomes and together with his lovely wife, Ana, they made sure we had everything we needed and they spoiled us with their generosity. This was, by far, the best experience we have had during our two weeks in Albania. We can highly recommend this property if you are looking for a wonderful time in southern Albania.

The host and his family are so friendly and accomodating. We had such a fantastic stay. Felt so welcome and comfortable to ask for assistance and recommendations in the area. The room was clean and very spacious for two. Amazing location to the beach, restaurants and bars. Would absolutely recommend to anyone staying in Ksamil.

Staff was absolutely outstanding - they all really went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great stay! By far the best service abroad we've ever encountered, and we'll return for certain!

The owners were so caring and hospitable! They really make the hotel feel like a home. Clean room with a lot of space, even a freezer which was handy for keeping my drinks cold. Laundry was free. Great location, just a five minute walk to the main beach strip.

Stayed here for 2 nights, the owners gave us a really warm welcome, offered us several bottles of water for free. He gave us tips on what to do, where to go, which were really helpful. The location was really close to the beach. There is a big fridge in the room. Pizza was really nice.
