The hotel was perfect. It’s in a great location, just 8 minutes outside the city, offering a very peaceful atmosphere. The staff are extremely friendly, the beach is spotless, and the massage was absolutely wonderful. The overall experience was relaxing and stress-free, with every detail carefully thought out to make guests feel comfortable. The rooms were cozy and well-kept, the food was delicious, and the entire environment created the perfect balance between comfort and nature. I would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet getaway

Our recent stay at Hotel AROSS from the 24th to the 30th of July 2025 was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment we made our reservation, the experience was seamless and personal. We had booked five rooms for ourselves, my parents, and my sister, and thanks to the exceptional care and organisation of (KITA), all the rooms were arranged exactly as requested—next to each other, all with breathtaking sea views. Her attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction stood out from the start. What made our stay truly special, however, was the level of service we received throughout our visit. Kita went well above and beyond to make sure that our family, especially our young son with a nut allergy, was fully accommodated. She ensured that separate meals were carefully prepared for him every day, with every ingredient double-checked and tailored to his dietary needs. The staff consistently ensured that his meals were safe and enjoyable—this was a level of care and thoughtfulness we deeply appreciated as parents. The hotel’s location is also second to none. Situated just 20 metres from the sea, AROSS offers immediate access to the beach with no road or traffic to cross, unlike many other hotels that are positioned on hills or behind busy streets. Waking up to the sound of the sea and walking directly onto the beach every morning was truly a dream come true. The crystal-clear water and natural beauty of the area were stunning, even on windier days when the waves were more intense. It was still incredibly enjoyable and added to the charm of the location. The hospitality at AROSS HOTEL was phenomenal, with a special mention HORGITO), who impressed us daily. Whether it was breakfast service, lunch on the beach, or handling the reception desk late at night, he always greeted us with a big smile and tireless energy.

An awesome hotel with amazing people that make you feel at home from the first moment. everything was worm and clean. the rooms are nice and lovely, the food excellent. But above all are the people! it was the right hotel at the right moment. I will never have enough words to thank this special hotel and its people. we needed hospital because of an health problem. the manager of the hotel came specially from here home and make sure one of the stuff will come with us ,and after that they didn't live us for a moment. it was Albania and Albanian people with their butiful face. we'll come back for sure!! thank you Kita, Alex, Nita and all the lovely others!

I have nothing but praise for this hotel. The location is sensational, tucked away from the street and right on the beach. The atmosphere is incredibly relaxing and peaceful. The entire property is very clean, and the room was inviting and cozy. The staff is outstanding, from the manager Kita to the housekeeping team. The way the manager and her team treated my 75-year-old mother went far beyond all expectations. If it were up to her, she would have spent the rest of the summer at this place, surrounded by such genuinely kind and lovely people. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. They offer both Albanian and continental breakfast options, including fresh fruits and coffee. You can enjoy breakfast either in the hotel or at the hotel’s beachfront restaurant with a beautiful sea view. The restaurant by the beach serves very tasty food, and dining there while watching the sunset is truly a highlight. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who values the qualities I’ve described here. All around, a perfect stay!

Everything was perfect! The room was big and clean with everything we needed, the sea view from the balcony was breathtaking, the restaurant offers delicious dishes (especially the pizzas), the proximity of the beach with cristal-clear turquoise water and comfortable sunbeds was definitely a must! The staff was incredibly friendly and very professional, they help you with anything you need or desire, they are ready to do anything to make your stay the best possible (especially Kita and Ermal). There also is a mini market close to the hotel in case you need food or drinks and the city center is not far away. The location is very calm and beautiful (way better than the hotels in the city center). I strongly recommend this hotel!

As I was visiting Vlora I came across this new modern elegant hotel that attracted my attention at the very first time. The staff was very attentive and helpful to me ,especially the front desk. The room was very clean and really spacious. The bedsheets and towels were changed everyday. The 🥞 has a lot of variety of delicious dishes that fulfill my expectations. An amazing waking up/sunsets sea view can be enjoyed from the balcony of the room. Sunbeds, umbrellas and the beach towels are provided by the hotel. Don't forget to taste the dishes at their restaurant or the pizza made in wooden oven.

Great Service, super nice and attentive staff. Super clean room, bedsheets and towels were changed every day and room was cleaned every day as well. The breakfast was great and had many different choices. Great location outside the city of Vlore (15min drive), calm and peaceful neighborhood. The Hotel is right at the beach and towels, sunbeds and umbrellas are provided from the hotel. Car or taxi needed to get to the city, but there are restaurants and small markets/shops within walking distance. I can recommend getting a room with balcony and sea view the view is just stunning to wake up to and to see the amazing sunset from.

Some of the sunbeds mattresses were ripped, but that is because they're cotton, which is more comfortable than plastic ones I found in other places. With the towel over it isn't an issue.

Modern building and decoration, nice size room and bathroom. Modern design, even mountain view looks to tall trees, can't see the road. The beach club is the best in the area, tall sunbed mattresses in cotton, large umbrellas. Quiet and clean, with attentive service all day. Breakfast was nice with espresso machine coffees. All staff was super nice and attentive. The beach is right in front, beautiful and clean, small and medium pebbles, wide and connects to other beaches, so you can walk a bit if yoy want. Besides their own seaview restaurant, has several restaurant options in walking distance.

This property is beautiful, modern, and clean. I am a solo travel and felt extremely safe. The staff are very polite and professional. They looked after me as if I was one of their own. The beach is clean and the food was amazing. There are other small markets around if you need things but the hotel had everything I needed and did not feel the need to leave the property much. I have no complaints and would definitely revisit again!
