There is an elevator, but it is small and rather slow, which affects its capacity. A family of 4 might not always be able to ride it at the same time, because of the weight limit and size. Still, this is just a minor detail in the whole of it all.

The location is perfect. Within walking distance to the city centre, but far enough to be in a quiet neighbourhood. It is close to really good beaches, with good restaurants. The interior of the hotel is really nice and clean. The room is nicely decorated and modern with all the facilities you can expect. The room is attended to daily and is spotless. All the staff was really friendly and helpful. This is a great and affordable hotel close to great restaurants, supermarkets and the city centre. 24-hour desk service as well.

Thank you so much Armar for making my stay in Sarandë amazing! My room was beautiful, lots of space, clean and comfy and the balcony was exceptional. The family are wonderful, friendly and they clearly care about each other and about the quality of experience for those who stay. Great recommendations for what to do during my stay, including places to visit and restaurants. I was sad to leave! Location was great, view of the promenade from my room, a short walk to the port and tour providers, and a Spar market very close for necessities. Thank you again and I hope to return one day!

The hotel is located close to the beaches, but nice and quiet in the evenings. Everything is nearby. About 4-5 minutes from the port. There is a lovely terrace at the front to enjoy your morning coffee! The staff are super helpful. Breakfast is good with cereal, cold choices, fried and boiled eggs. And cake👍

The shower was sometimes warm, sometimes cold, changing by itself back and forth. As mentioned in other comments already, information about parking is confusing, and ultimately parking was paid (8 euro a day), which wouldn't even be the main issue. The problem is that one requires to give the car key to the parking owner, which is surely not something we were willing to do. However, the hotel kindly resolved this problem and found alternative parking possibility. There were some darker long hair in the room once we checked in (in the shower, on the bathroom door, under the beds), so cleaning is a bit superficial. There was quite some noise, especially in the mornings, in the corridor and nearby rooms, so sound isolation is not very good. Some of my cosmetics were trashed / taken away by cleaning personnel - these were leftovers, I admit (for environmental reasons I attentively try to use all of it and cut all my packages before trashing), but these were put on my bedside table, on purpose just next to my cosmetics bag in a very neat way signalling I am using them. It is not a big loss, but I would like my things not to be trashed, especially because we left no other trash anywhere, not even a small napkin or so, hence it shall be clear it's something we are using. Finally, this is not a criticism for a hotel but rather a general comment on regulation in Albania - an underage person (very professional, though, as it is written above), is allowed to work with money and sensitive personal data, which is very surprising and unacceptable in many countries.

The room (and more generally the entire hotel) seems new and modern, including a modern bathroom (not the case everywhere in Albania so we paid attention to have showers properly separated). The room was generally big and spacious, with all needed facilities, as described in the booking info. Good location, close to restaurants, bars, shops, etc. They accepted payments with a credit card which is still an issue in some other hotels in Albania. We also enjoyed the fact that the air conditioning was new and hence rather quiet. The hotel staff was kind to offer alternative parking solution as we refused to give away car keys to people we don't know. The staff (namely, a young guy) was very professional, helpful, spoke good English.

Had a very nice stay. The boutique hotel is lovely, the staff super nice, the room was cute and quiet. The breakfast was delicious, the buffet was rich and there were new things added daily (we stayed 2 nights). The location is great as there are several very good beaches within 5-7 min walk. Also, the towels were very soft and thick. Loved our stay here.

Our stay was great. The room was spacious and clean. The location of the hotel is excellent, next to the main attractions, beach, and the centre of the city. The breakfast was very tasty and varied day after day. Receptionists were helpful.

I was pleasantly surprised how good was the hotel! The hotel owner runs the place with her family. Everyone was very nice and friendly. Room was very spacious, clean. all the family loved the balcony. Beautiful view. Loved the breakfast! Everything was very fresh! Would definitely recommend and would go back! Very handy to the ferry port, supermarket, bus stops and beaches, but a street away from the busier street so it was nice and quiet. Comfortable bed, good shower, good breakfast and lovely and clean. We also had a bougainvillea covered balcony looking out on the street.
