Fantastic Location Great Breakfast Great staff; very helpful, lovely and welcoming

"First of all, the staff were very attentive, always concerned about whether everything was okay. They gave great tips to make sure the tours matched our expectations. The rooms, the cleanliness, the breakfast — all very good. I have nothing negative to say. Very happy with our choice."

This Hotel is exceptionally clean. The staff are wonderful , attentive, friendly and professional. The pool area is well maintained and drinks reasonably priced. The rooms are spacious and despite being on a busy road did not hear one sound at night .

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful at every step. The girls were so attentive. On our departure day, after checking out, they still allowed us to stay by the pool. We were also able to change our clothes. Breakfast was exactly as expected — good. We were given directions to the parking spot, and since we had a larger car, the hotel manager (I believe it was the manager) moved his own car so we could have the space. Thank you! The pool was very nice.

Really, nothing. All was super!

From the moment we stepped into the hotel, everything was perfect. The welcome was warm and friendly, and the check-in process was fast and smooth. The room was extremely clean, spacious, and comfortable; both the furniture and the bed quality were excellent. Daily cleaning was carried out regularly, and the towels and sheets were spotless. The common areas of the hotel were also well-maintained and tastefully decorated. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, clearly prepared with fresh ingredients. The staff were helpful in every way, attending to even our smallest requests promptly. The location is also very convenient, close to attractions and restaurants. In short, the service and comfort exceeded our expectations. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back for our next holiday.

The room layout was not good. Too small. Could hear the lift all night.

the staff was superb! very helpful and kind. they also gave us a list of places and restaurants to check out! the room was spacious and well furnished. the breakfast was various good and freshly made every morning. the location was perfect! walking distance from the beach (4 mins) I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Friendly staff and verry clean

We had a great time at the hotel. The rooms have a fresh and modern look. We also had a little balcony. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast every morning. And last but not least, the girls at the reception made the experience even better. They are very kind and always willing to help. Thank you!

I had the pleasure of staying 6 nights at the Area Hotel in Ksamil, Albania this July, and everything about the experience was simply splendid. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Each morning started with a generous and delicious breakfast, more than sufficient to set you up for the day. What truly made my stay exceptional, however, was the amazing staff. A special thank you to Erta and Mika, who were consistently friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout my time there. Their warmth and professionalism really added a personal touch to the experience. I would highly recommend the Area Hotel to anyone visiting Ksamil – it’s a perfect blend of comfort, service, and hospitality.
