We had a great time from the moment we arrived, welcoming, quick to respond to anything we needed. Beach access was very convenient with no extra charge for beds and fresh towels provided. Our room was very clean, high quality bedsheets, comfortable pillows and mattress, stunning beach views. After checking in, the owners suggested great local restaurants, bakeries, and sights. Overall, we had an amazing stay and will definitely be back! Thank you for going above and beyond to make our stay so memorable :)

Right on the beach and includes free chairs and umbrellas with the room! Really friendly hosts that are always checking in. Good location. It’s like a hotel room that literally opens to the beach. Loved it. It isn’t big, no living room, but we didn’t need that.

The accommodation is located on one of the most beautiful beaches in Saranda, within walking distance from the city center. Everything you need is nearby – perfect for both beach relaxation and evening outings. The apartment was clean, tidy, and nicely arranged, with a private beach and sunbeds included. The host was very friendly and dedicated, giving us great recommendations on what to see and do. We were very satisfied with our stay!

This apartment has a beautiful sea view and was a 1 minute walk to a private beach (sea water was crystal clear and war) were sunbeds and umbrella were included as part of the package staying at Ardit Seaside Rooms. Whilst sitting outside the apartment guests can hear the sea water lapping the shore which is so relaxing. The hosts (Arditi and family) were so welcoming and assisted with any queries we had about the area and things to do. The apartment has recently been refurbished in July 2024 so everything was new, modern and so comfortable and was decorated to a boutique hotel standard. The air conditioning was extremely effective and the WIFI was fast and reliable and overall was brilliant. TV had a good selection of English speaking entertainment and the apartment was sparkling clean. Ardit provides use of a washing machine and iron and ironing board too. Each room has a outdoor rack for drying clothes et al. Ardit Seaside rooms is located in a pleasant neighbourhood with lots of facilities and street lighting. Other than a very small incline it is a flat 15 minute walk to the bustling port and promenade. Our accommodation was the perfect haven for rest and relaxation and then we could visit the busy centre easily. The apartment is close to supermarkets, bakeries and a couple of fabulous local eateries which were very reasonably priced. There are local hairdressers, barbers and nail bars close to this accommodation which are great value for money and a treat whilst on holiday. There are also lots of excursion outlets close by as well. We cannot wait to return to Ardit again next year and have recommended it to our family and friends as it is a great location to explore Saranda and the surrounding area. Albania is such a gorgeous country and the people are so friendly and helpful. We LOVED it all and this accommodation is AMAZING!

- It is not minus of this stay! Just advice to new guests: We couldn’t find address , navigator was a bit confused, we advise you to drive to location Le Lion D'or Beach and before entrance to the beach take a left, white building with yellow balcony’s is your destination.

We had a very good time in this apartment. Location is good, not in city centre what give you more calm rest, but just 15-20 min on foot to city promenade. Right in front of property is beach, 2 sunbeds and umbrella free. There are supermarkets, cafes and restaurants in the area. You don’t need to go to center every time if you are hungry. Apartment is super clean and fresh renovated, very stylish, good wifi and airco. The host Ardit is great! He is so helpful, so kind! By checking in he sent us many recommendations about Sarande (restaurants, cafes, sightseeing etc). We really appreciate it and used it a lot during our stay. His mom takes care of beautiful garden and was very sweet with our daughter. We had feeling that we stay at our close relatives home. If one day we go to Albania , we stay at this place for sure!

The room was great, the beach was in front of the room, restaurants in the nearby, but we must thank Ardit and his family for welcoming us in their home so warmly. Firstly, the hosts are absolutely wonderful people. We have never been cared for like we were by Ardit and his family. They always say hello, smile, shake your hand. Ardit himself is wonderful guy who will provide you with so much information on where to visit and where to eat. He’ll message you on WhatsApp many times during your stay to ask if everything is okay and if you need anything. He greeted us with a bottle of wine and two glasses and was such a joy to talk to. The apartment is nice and modern, it is brand new. Cosy lounge area with a sofa that doubles as a mattress Air con in lounge and bedroom Bedroom was clean and comfortable, TV on wall, plenty of space for items and clothing Lovely powerful shower with nice hot water Nice outside seating area with clothes drying rack It has a fridge, sink, electric stove The location is wonderful. 1 minute walk away from a nice beach bar with sunbeds (free to use if you stay here) 10-15 minute walk away from the main Saranda bay which is the perfect distance

Excellent location and beachfront family run accommodation. Especially on quieter beach as sarande can be overcrowded. I was glad i picked this because for a first time traveller Ardit has planned for me a whole itinerary for 3 days including local food spots and ksamil and blue eye tour very memorable. He even checked on us at night to see if we enjoyed the day. His mother was also very helpful so a beautiful family i am grateful to have stayed in your accommodation Ardit.

The place was clean and tidy. The family was super welcoming and very helpful. I do highly recommend Ardit Rooms for anyone looking for a stay in Sarande with a good value of money. The location is nearly 15 / 20 minutes away from Saranda Promenade.

It's a bit tricky to find the place with a car. I missed the entrance twice. Also be careful as there're many one-way road in the town and steep/narrow roads leads towards the property. (i think google map gave the wrong direction, as they don't know the one-way road and no-entry sign.) I'd suggest to double check with the host.

The property is recently refurbished and facilities looks new. Just next to the beach. The host is extremely friendly and responsive via whatsApp. They recommended me with restaurants and places to visit. Supermarket and nice restaurant nearby. There's onsite parking which is super handy, although you need to go through a narrow lane, i think it's very typical in Sarande. Also kudos to the host for helping me to collect my laundry/towels when rain comes.(Rain is not common in Sarande i expect)

Everything was excellent.

Everything was exceptional. First of all, the room itself is beautifully made and decorated. It is only a 2 minute walk from the beach. I really liked the view and the intimacy at the same time. Everything in the room was very clean. What I liked above all were the hosts: The primary host was very helpful and kind but I would like to dedicate a few words to his mom: She was warm and what I really keep more from the place. I really loved it and I recommend you the room.

First of all, Ardit is the best host ever❤️ Ardit and his family is the most sweetest persons ever. They welcome you to their home like you are a family member! Ardit also gives the best recommendations of restaurants, bars, and places you can visit while staying in Saranda. The recommendation that was given by Ardit is veryyyy gooood and will definitely makes your trip to Albania unforgettable! Ardit will also check up on you everyday to make sure you have a good day! So thank you Ardit for being a great host🇦🇱❤️ The home itself is located right in frint of a beach. We also got an access to a beach bed in Leon’dor which is like 5 steps from the home. All of the facilities in the room is wonderful! The room comes with A/C, hairdryer, fridge, cooker, and good wifi connection. A parking spot is available right in front of the home. The home is also very accessible when you are coming with a car and you dont need to be worry about having the car parked far away from you😁. There are also a lot of restaurants located close to the home and the supermarket is just 3 minutes walk away! Ardit will give you the recommendation of the best place to eat around!😊 I had an amazing stay with Ardit and will definitely come back again in the future. It is very recommended and it deserve a rate 100/10⭐️❤️

Nothing negative to say! The only thing we was missing, was some facilities in the kitchen, as salt/pepper, cooking oil and maybe some coffee.

We had a wonderful stay, where the family really took care of us. They provided us with tings we needed and was always available when we had questions. They also reccomended restaurants in the area and other local tips. It was located right next to the beach, where we had free beds and umbrellas.

The property was 10/10 throughout, we were greeted by Ardits mother who was very caring and welcoming! Check-in was smooth and the room had all the Amenities needed for our 2 day stay. I couldn’t thank Ardit and his wonderful family enough for their amazing suggestions regarding restaurants and places to visit in Sarand.
