It is on a steep hill, but that cannot be avoided as the whole town is built on the side of the hill.

Katherina was an excellent host

Beautiful and clean apartment with everything you need for your daily needs and a magnificent view over the bay of Sarande. The hostess is wonderful, she gave us restaurant and excursion tips, responded quickly to messages and was extremely helpful. On the day of our departure, her husband even took us to the ferry by car. We can highly recommend this accommodation.

Katherina is a lovely host. She was available all the time and helped us with any questions we might have. She even made some apple pie for us. The apartment is a great place and provides anything you could wish for. It is super clean and has all necessary kitchen supplies available. The washing machine functions perfectly and Katherina even provided some washing powder for us. But the most spectacular thing about this apartment is the view. We would love to return.

Really nice apartment with amazing host. The location is really convenient as it is just a few minutes walking distance to the beach and center. The view from the aparment is amazing, it's really nice to drink your morning coffee while staring at the sea. The apartment was clean and had all the necessary amenities. Katherina was really welcoming and gave us nice recommendations for what to visit and where to go for a bite. Many thanks!

The apartment was perfect for out family. It was spotlessly clean, big living room, huge balcony. Katherine was very helpfull, she made us a delicious apple pie.

Parking space could be easier to park.

Katherina was the perfect host. She couldn't do enough for us. We loved the apartment. It was perfectly situated for our 4 night stay. We loved sitting on the large balcony in the morning and evening. Perfect!

Great accommodation in good location. Katherina is a fantastic, kind host who made sure we had everything for our stay. The apartment is of a good size and has all the amenities required for a young family.

Everything! The apartment is beautiful, clean, bright, large, with two big balconies, sea view. The position is great: very close to downtown avenue but not inside the crowded and noisy street. The owner is soooo kind and welcoming, treating her guests like relatives.

Katherina was so friendly and helpful. She had prepared local dessert and food for a small bite. She spread joy. Really delightful! There where two balconies with amazing view and the apartment was super clean (11 out of 10). Also provided with a excellent parkingspot in the garage. We stayed longer than planed.

Everything was over expectations, great!

Very large and comfortable apartment walking distance to everything. Extremely good value for money (in late May). Katharina was an amazing host! Lots of nice little touches. She really made me feel at home and looked after me during my stay. Communication was prompt and excellent. The apartment is fully equipped, even with washing machine. Great views. I recommend Lulu cafe just around the corner for the most fantastic breakfast.

The apartment is on a very busy street. The main road into town actually. To be honest, the noise didn't affect me during the day and I managed to sleep ok with earplugs. Finding the apartment for checkin was a bit challenging.

Owner was an amazing womanen. The place were clean and comfy. Recomend for 100%.

THe owner was very friendly. She chatted with us a lot and gave us some necessary things to make our stay more pleasurable. She was very communicative and kind, even gave a traditional cake! The apartment is exceptional, clean, modern, with fantastic seaview. We were very happy with our stay. Thank you!

The hosts are extremely welcoming and with many recommendations regarding opportunities and places to visit, recommended days and times to avoid congestion. The location also has closed and secure parking.

It's amazing. The location, the space, view, equipment and the owner. I would recommend this apartment for anyone. You have everything you need, and it's included in the price. We owner is wonderful woman, ready the help for anything.
