Despite the hard work of the staff at breakfast, something is constantly missing from the breakfast counter. The facility should pay more attention to breakfast. Furthermore, the soundproofing is very poor; you can hear almost everything in the adjacent room.

It's within walking distance of the beach, the rooms are clean, and the staff are attentive, hardworking, and helpful. We arrived by car, and they even helped us with parking. Kudos to the receptionist; he's a very nice person.

Everything looks nice on the surface, but after a closer look it has poor finishing, such as windows (not properly closing/sealing, thus blocking noise inadequately (from highway), 1 of 2 showerheads no pressure/falling apart during stay, not thought through cupboards (no shelves for clothes, kitchen doors not properly aligned/blocking for one another, screw spikes come through shelves (above stove ventilator so no big deal but..)

From the moment I stepped into the room, I was thoroughly impressed. The space was spotless, well-lit, and beautifully designed with a modern yet cozy aesthetic. The bed was exceptionally comfortable that made it hard to get up in the morning. In short, this hotel room exceeded my expectations in every way. I strongly suggest to everyone this accommodation. It is brand new fully furnished apartment, spacious and giving vibes of tranquility of home. Located just 5 minutes walk away from the beach and with lots of bars and different cuisine restaurants all around, plenty of markets and at the best part of Durres promenade. They served freshly prepared breakfast and we could choose a lot among those dishes. There's a 24 hours reception desk making it available to check in anytime suitable and getting assistance or room service. Amazing staff, I would like to mention Marvin and Endrri as very polite and extremely helpful on anything. There is also excellent wi-fi , smart TV , a small fridge , a kettle , hair dryer, even a british type of socket if you have any personal appliance like electric toothbrush or shaving machine, can be plugged in easily. There is cleaning service every single day if you want, which we dindn't because it was not nessessary. A lot of space and wardrobe shelves that enabled me not to be messy with my stuff. Parking available and also monitored by cctv cameras. We enjoyed our stay a lot and will definitely come back again soon

Outside noise was a litle disturbing but I was expecting that because the road is near and I was aveare it will be noise.

The room was clean and very spacious. Kitchen has everything that is necessary. Toilet is clean and there are inaf toiletries.

We stayed for a week in 2 bedroom apartment and it was spacious, modern and was cleaned almost everyday plus towels were changed whenever asked for. Very close to beach, restaurants, supermarket and bus stop. The guy at the reception was very friendly, polite & helpful. He was always with a smile and so was the guy assisting him. Would go back again.

I found a bit strange that the air conditioning is only in the main room (living room) but not in the bedroom. I left my bedroom door open so it was okay I guess.

I really enjoy my stay in this newly renovated hotel. The receptionist was very helpful and speak very good english. You can get a taxi from airport yourself, it cost me 35 euros, depends on the taxi company. You can leave your souitcase in the hotel even after check out. You have a wifi in a room with really good connection. Air con. is in the main room. The breakfast was really good, various food available, also good coffe.

I recently stayed at Aparthotel EDA and was disappointed with the experience due to the noise levels. The hotel is located very close to a busy road, and the sound of cars and trucks passing by was constant throughout the night. This made it extremely difficult to get a good night's sleep. While the hotel staff were friendly, the noise issue significantly impacted my stay.
