A little difficult to find the entrance.

We booked last minute due to another property cancelling last minute. We had a room at the back of the building which we knew. Nice garden and free sunbeds. Little bar. Quite dated room and bathroom but we paid very little and it was spotless.

It was very thin walls, so you could here people coming home late at night. Lucky for us the people who stayed the same time as us was very respectful and quiet, but I guess that really depends on the guests. There was no cleaning of the room during the stay, so it’s not ideal if your staying multiple nights.

The location was fantastic, away from the ”hustle and bustle” but still walking distance to everything. The private beach was beautiful!

It was a bit tricky to locate the entrance as it was on a side street of the main street, so a sign would be helpful.

The staff was very friendly and kind The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. The garage to park was a great plus considering that the streets are quite busy and finding a spot might be challenging. The private beach area is narrow but still pretty and appreciated.

Friendly hosts, always there to help with anything you need. Clean and tidy, private parking, in the shade, in the yard of the house. The private beach is 5 steps from the apartment, with sunbeds and umbrellas provided (free of charge), first welcome drink on the beach, free of charge. they have a small bar on the beach within the apartment. On the day of departure, they allowed us to leave the car all day and stay on the beach. The location is perfect, you have everything within a 2.3-minute walk, excellent restaurants, shops, the port within 10 minutes. easy walk, as well as the center. For every recommendation and we will come back again.

The beach and sunchairs weren't ready for the season, and the hotel next door was doing construction on their part of the beach just next to it. So unfortunately wasn't able to use the beach.

Very happy with my stay! Room is clean, comfortable and has a beautiful sea view! The small kitchen is on the balcony, which I think was quite cozy 😌 great private parking and lovely staff, very central location with everything within walking distance. Would stay again when back in Saranda!

It was the best place that I stay in Albania with beach included ⛱️, the room it was very nice, clean and comfortable 👌. The staff it is perfect, very friendly and helpful. And the sea it was under my balcony room 😃. I recommend highly this place. I think that it is the best place in Saranda on the beach and only 5 minute away from the center and walking zone.

The car park is included, and the owner offered to park and move the car for us, which was very nice from him! However, due to the small street to enter the gate I suggest you rent a small car. Unfortunately for us was not possible. One room improvement can be to add a blind curtain because the light filtered a lot during the night and not everyone can be ready for it. I have seen some other windows and balcony have a different set up, so maybe the other rooms do not have this problem.

All has been very pleasant. The beach is practically behind the apartmemt! It is nice and served by the family bar; the family has been super: friendly and kind. I would return for sure! Location: very central. Be ready for a bit of traffic some days, but nothing so difficult. Many supermarket around, we used one a bit further (30mins walk) for cheaper prices, less turistic. The sea was beautiful, more in the days when it was calmer. The beach is comfortable although not so big. Sometimes we went outside Saranda though, to try all the other beaches too, just to explore.

All was great

I spent six nights here. The location was perfect. A short walk to the port. A nice quiet area. Everything you’d need was not far from the property. Beautiful kept garden. The room was basic. But had everything I needed. Air con was great! Bed was comfy. Staff were lovely! I will be back!

The position of the shower in the bathroom is a little unusual.

Is a simple room but is everything clean and shine. Excellent location. Beachfront. The couple responsible for the apartments are very kind and helpful. We definitely recommend this place.

Very clean, great location, had a lot of really nice amenities like cooking essentials and a balcony. Bathroom was also great since it had a shower curtain that kept the rest of the bathroom clean. The staff is super friendly and happy to help!

Driton was a super host, a really great guy who couldn't do enough to help. My apartment was clean, spacious, and being on the you floor, a lovely patio with sea views. Each floor has a common area with fridge, kettle, and basic amenities, which is handy. The accommodation is a short walk from the market, main shopping area, river side cafes and sea front restaurants. Thoroughly recommended
