New, very nice renovated hotel! Clean, nice room and great bed! Their terrace and variety in breakfast makes it nice to enjoy breakfast with nice weather.

The hotel was modern, The staff were great. The food and service in the restaurant was very good. Parking was excellent. Walking distance to promade was a few minutes away.

Everything was just perfect! The cleanliness was outstanding – the room was spotless and the bed linen smelled wonderfully fresh. The entire space felt very well maintained and comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. The only small downside was the bathroom, which was a bit tight, but it was still very clean and functional. Overall, a fantastic experience – I would definitely come back!

Central location. Good value for money. Very helpful receptionist. Tasteful modern decor Spacious room super clean very comfortable bed and linens. Excellent shower. Appreciated large bottle of water Wifi good. Aircon quiet and very efficient in heatwave conditions. Lovely roof bar terrace Minor point. If on second floor any movement of chairs in restaurant would be heard through the ceiling. It was lucky the hotel appeared quiet as it was ongoing until late in the evening. Another issue. Stairs to first floor need a better handrail on that steep narrow corner. I know there is a lift but still would be easy to slip Would definitely stay here again

Restaurant staff was rude & not very helpful through the entirety of our stay. They didn't want to take Euro (front desk provided us with information, that they take both Leke & Euro) and we had a hard time communicating with them, prices in the menu are not correctly printed. We tried to order wine for 1000 Leke but was told it's a mistake and that wine costs 2800 Leke. Room was small, with one window coming out onto the AC unit on the other building. Breakfast is not the best, not enough choice for a four-star hotel. We was there at 7:30 one day and most of the food was not put out yet, on the other day we were there around 10:00 and there were mostly empty plates left.

Very nice staff at the Front Desk, ready to help with any problems we encountered. Room is comfortable, equiped with well-working AC although a bit on the small side. Bathroom in the room was very nice & well designed, complimentary amenity kit & two bottles of water was provided in the room at check-in. Rooftop terrace is so cool, we spend our evenings there. Really liked the fish soup, carbonara not so much.

The only thing we did not like, but it is nothing important, is that there was no way to signal that we didn’t want that day to get the room cleaned and we were laying in bed and the cleaning stuff could not hear so they almost entered the room. But it is nothing important, just a minor thing. In fact, we found it amazing that they put so much care and effort on cleaning 😊

We loved everything about this hotel. Management and staff go above and beyond their duties. We loved the rooftop bar and breakfast was fabulous. We also loved the location.
