The rooms were clean and well kept, and the staff was extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay🩷 One of the highlights was the amazing view at sunset Breakfast was also very good, with plenty of options to enjoy. We truly recommend this hotel with great pleasure and would be happy to return! 🌟

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely, family-run hotel. The owners are incredibly kind and helpful, and they truly make you feel at home. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious and freshly prepared every day. It’s the perfect place to stay in Ksamil – we would happily come back and highly recommend it!

Very clean apartment/common areas/restaurant. Family owned property, all of them are amazing, helpful, friendly people, it was a pleasure to meet them, they do everything to make your stay the best possible. Very good bed. A la carte breakfast, eggs made at the moment. Location 10/15min walking to main beaches and center of Ksamil. Cleaning lady’s come everyday to make your bed/clean room.

It was a big pro, that it is in a quiet area, still close to the beaches, restaurants and supermarkets. The family who is running the aparthotel is very kind and helpful with everything (suggesting beaches for little ones, and programms). They also provided for our 18 mo. their granddaughter’s highchair. We enjoyed the breakfast in the charming restaurant. They serve you everyday day with a smile and kind words and after 2 days brought our coffees without asking just the way we like. And the room was super clean. They come every day to clean.

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment, as well as the lovely and hospitable hosts! The room was clean and spacious, with air conditioning, a fridge, and a kitchenette. It was regularly cleaned, so we always lived in a tidy space. There was also a balcony and a clothes drying rack. We even received an extra blanket upon request in July! The sea and beaches were just a short walk away (about 10 minutes). There were both sunbeds and public beach areas available. Shops and a medical point were nearby, yet the location was away from the hustle and noise, which we especially appreciated! Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We are very happy and satisfied to have started our trip in these apartments.

We didn't dislike anything. That said, a few things we thought could be changed, such as creating a comfortable area for guests to relax between adventures/when its too hot. The rooms are very clean, tidy and comfortable, though without sofa and the main restaurant/bar area is all tables and chairs. A small sofa or quiet area might be nice for some guests. Additionally, any shower without a disciplined shower curtain is going to be chaos. Anyone with a mild OCD for dry bathrooms, like me, can find the shower experience a stressful one. Still, neither of these comments would put us off coming again.

The family running the hotel were so kind and welcoming of my partner and I. Their hospitality, helping us learning a few Albanian words and effort to make us food we eat (vegan), twice a day made our stay to Albania a special one. It really was an excellent trip which was accented by Alexander and his family. We would love to return again in the future.

From the moment we arrived, everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations! The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely went out of their way to make our stay perfect – true professional family who made us feel right at home. The entire property was spotlessly clean, from the lobby to the rooms – you could tell cleanliness was a top priority. Our room was not only immaculate but also very comfortable and well-maintained. One of the highlights of our stay was the delicious breakfast and dinner offered each day. The variety, quality, and presentation of the food were top-notch, and we always looked forward to mealtimes. There was something for everyone, and everything tasted fresh and homemade. The location is ideal, close to everything we needed, with easy access to local attractions, shops, beaches and transports. Absolutely exceptional accommodation, made special by the wonderful atmosphere created by the family who owns the hotel. Everyone is extremely helpful and always goes out of their way to meet any request. The place is perfect for families – it's in a great location, close to the center but still peaceful and quiet. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. If we travel to Ksamil again, we will definitely stay here.

Nice place, not very close to the centre yet within walking range from main restaurant and beaches. Rooms are large, clean and well furnished. They include also a small kitchen and a balcony. Good breakfast, even if choices are quite limited on the sweet side. Staff is very friendly. After all, very good value for money.

While we really enjoyed the food, we found that the options were primarily centered around eggs. After a five-night stay, a bit more variety would have been appreciated. Perhaps adding a few additional choices could enhance the breakfast experience for future guests.

Great location if you want to get away from the chaos of the beach scene. The staff was incredibly nice, the room was well-appointed and the breakfast was fantastic! Based on other prices in the area this seems like a great value. I have nothing bad to say about this hotel.

Everything was fine but the breakfast needs a bit more variety. It's mostly eggs with a few exceptions. We were unlucky and our air conditioner broke on the last day of our stay so it was a bit hot, but that was fine.

The staff were very welcoming and kind. They were communicative and provided us with everything we needed. They cleaned the room daily. Peacefull place where you can rest well.

The apartments are a family run business. The family are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are modern and clean with air conditioning. The location is perfect with a short walk to the beach and restaurants. It’s also in a nice quiet area. Perfect for families. Doesnt have anything to do with the hotel, but it is good for people to know. All the beaches are privatized, and you cannot simply place a towel, you have to pay for the sunbeds and umbrella. The closest one is the Sunny Hill Beach where two sunbeds and an umbrella were 15e or 1500 lek (all)

Everything was great. The food, the people, just amazing. The family is in charge of the place, they prepare different food every day. For Breakfast, you can choose from the menu and it is a very rich breakfast always different dinner with salad/soup, main dish and dessert. Our tire was flat the first day and they helped us instantly, and made the entire stay very pleasent. Great people! Recommend!
