Friendly host, beautyfull views, relaxing garden, very nice food and comfortable bed.

Bathroom was fitted a bit strang. Needs some work. My low corner room was a bit noisy because of stairs an toilet in hallway.

Breakfast was great value location was fantastic Dinner was great Staff friendly

It was a fair way out of town on the main road by foot But there is a track which is quicker

Amazing guesthouse with very lovely hosts.

Rita and the rest of the staff were extremely helpful and nice. The food was great, generous amounts and variety, Always with a shot of Raki to close the meal.. The scenery was superb with grass to play / chill on.

Took us a long time to find the place as it is still 30min from theth by foot. Compared to other guesthouses we stayed at in the region the food was expensive and not as good as at some other places. Same thing for the room. I feel like you can get more for your money elsewhere.

Loved the scenery and the outdoor space, plus cosy rooms. The host prepared delicious food for a small extra fee

The roads to the property are unpaved but passable with a normal car if you take it slowly

Hostel style with shared bathrooms, which may get a bit busy during evenings and mornings.

Our stay was absolutely great and the host was super nice. The food and breakfast are a must. Everything just felt like home.

A beautiful location with absolutely wonderful hosts. We were greeted by the kids as we arrived and were kindly driven into town for some sightseeing. When we got back we played lots of ball games in the garden, which has an amazing view and settled in to our comfortable room. Dinner and breakfast were AMAZING, all home cooked and absolutely delicious, and we were sent off the next day with rucksacks full of lovely lunch for our hike!

Amazing scenery from the dining room and garden, and the family who run it were very friendly and accommodating. The food was also very tasty everyday for breakfast and dinner I really enjoyed it.

Beautiful view, nice rooms, there is a dining area where you can hang out. Location is top, 7minutes to Theth center and 30min with car to the Blue eye parking spot

For bigger groups i don’t recommend eating breakfast and dinner there, because the portions are VERY small. Go to Theth and tou will get 10/10 dinner for 15/20€

Wow! The Guesthouse’s location is just beyond precious and also near the center of Theth. The room is very nice and feels very traditional. Breakfast and dinner were just amazing and for a very good price too. I would definitely recommend staying at Guesthouse Dritan Tethorja! Felt like home and couldn’t get used to the amazing view.

The rooms are a bit noisy. We could clearly hear conversations from the room next door or above us, and therefore had trouble sleeping when the neighbors were up late.

Rita and her children were so kind, generous and helpful. The property must have some of the best views on Theth! Exceptional landscape. The house and rooms were beautiful, clean and comfortable beds. Rita had no problem changing my room to a mountain view after the first night which had unparalleled views🙏🏼 The food was delicious and huge portions! (You can pack leftovers for the next day). Rita makes the yummy bread and cheese herself. It's a gorgeous mini hike to the property from the end of the Valbonë/Theth hike if you take the mini trail across a small suspension bridge which is more direct (and beautiful) than the road. I wish I could upload the videos I took. I would definitely stay here again. The whole experience was 11/10

After a long day, the little hike up will get your heart rate up but it's worth it. You can always taxi from the centre of Theth to the property.

The place is super cute, everything is clean and the hosting family is really caring :)
