Some facilities werent working- for us hot water would work in the morning but would in the evening or when their technician tested which was odd. Walls very thin, unfortunately had people arrive next door at 3am and could not have best sleep.

Not being allowed to consume any food or drinks in the hotel room (apart from water) - I was informed of this upon arrival. I need a small snack in the night for my own physical well being, so I disagree with this rule being implemented.

I would say roof top should be for adults only because the beach is literally 2 minutes away . So families can have time with their children there Roof top is nice to be only for adults so it could be more comfortable and romantic for couples 😃

We stayed for night and we had a great night and then we went out there for dinner.food nice and simple and beautiful atmosphere. Nice and calm .Bed 10/10 room with an air conditioner. Staff were so friendly and welcoming. Traditional Albanian breakfast with an other choice of food. Ladies in the morning let us stay and used facilities after checking out. We had flight at 8 pm so it would be long day to wondering around. Honestly thank you so much . Hope to see you again in the future.

I was unpleasantly surprised with the WI-FI speed, I was constantly losing connection (from the room and the balcony). I was mislead with the good reviews in relation to the internet... Also, I shocked to hear that we were not allowed to consume even fruits in the room or the balcony. I get it in a way as they could've had issues in the past with some guests but that is not a good enough reason not to be allowed to even have a fresh fruit (peach / nectarine) in the balcony. There is no room service. Lastly be prepared and make sure you bring towels for the pool as those are not provided and using the hotel towels in the pool area is prohibited. If you are ok with a loud noise (music) from the shisha bar next door till 12am then you will be ok, but if you are looking for a more relaxed place then probably this will not be the right choice for you (personal preference).

The location was really good, close to the beach and restaurants. Great sea-view from the roof-top pool (none of the rooms have see view).

The "private" beach wasn't exactly private and pretty dirty, because there werent Trash bins. The breakfast was pretty Basic and the staff had a significant language barrier, which made communication difficult. The Hotel was still in the build up in some places as it was taken over and renovated just recently.

The Personal was friendly and helpful The rooftop Pool was a comfortable alternative to the beach.

There was a definite smell of paint and plaster in the corridors due to a recent and ongoing renovation (to a high standard it must be said). We had expected there to be a pool but happened to arrive during the 7 days it was closed for its renovation.

Bathrooms were immaculate, bed and room were comfortable. Breakfast was ok but could have been hotter. Reception could not be faulted. Very helpful and very good English spoken

Excellent location, private underground parking, good lounge and bar. The hotel has a private beach with umbrellas and sunbeds which you get for free. Breakfast is decent. Rooms are very specious, clean and has all the necessary amenities.

Breakfast, was a huge disappointment, despite it being a 4 star hotel, the breakfast was from a 2 star. We were told that we would get reserved loungers on the beach, but we had 4 days where we only had two loungers, and were 'refused' to have a 3rd by the beach attendant, who despite him telling us he would call the manager, it was not until we complained at reception did we get anything changed, and then only for 1 day. We had to cross a busy road to get to the beach. The roof top pool, had two many people at any one time, and some guests were taking photos underwater!

The room was excellent, nice and big, however, it was let down by the quality of the furniture installed, there was no closable cupboard, and all the furniture was cheaply made. The bed was also excellent, however, the balcony was not big enough for 1 person to sit, let alone share with the family. Additionally, the division between the neighbours room on the balcony was missing. Rooftop pool and bar area was the best part of the hotel, with staff being very pleasant and polite.

I would recommend to put some glasses and coffee maker in the room.

First time I've written a comment like this. I had a terrible stay and if I could give 0 stars that's what I would give. We arrived at the hotel at 5:30 PM and were told that the pool closes at 6:00 PM (note that in July sunset is at 8:30 PM), which left us no time in the pool. At the pool we were shocked that there were no towels and one of the employees was shocked that we didn't take towels from home when we asked where the towels were. When we got to the room there wasn't even a bottle of water. We used the towel that was on the bed and later asked the reception for a new clean towel where we were told that we would have to bring the wet towel to the counter to get a clean one. I was shocked! Also, the phone line in the room didn't work so I had to physically go down to communicate with the reception. In addition, the safe was locked. And the highlight was there was no blanket. At this point I was already exhausted. I asked for a blanket and after a few minutes I received a blanket but without a pillowcase. I have no words! If I could get my money back I would be happy because this hotel for me was not 4 stars and was way less my expectations.

The rooms were clean and air-conditioned, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent with a lot of variety. The location is perfect — very close to the beach, and the hotel provides its own sunbeds and umbrellas for guests. The pool was clean and available for swimming at any time. We had a wonderful stay.

When I chose the hotel it was mainly for the swimming pool that was supposed to be on the rooftop, to our disappointment the hotel was still in construction, only a few floors were finished so to say because they lacked little things like glasses, a kettle, some tea bags and coffee, complimentary water, which would be found in a 4 * hotel as it was advertised, a lot of false advertisement to get people to pay the money

Amazing Stay – Perfect Location and Great Amenities! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Durrës! The location couldn’t be better, just a 5-minute walk to the sea, making it easy to enjoy the beach every day. The views were beautiful, especially during sunset, and the entire area felt peaceful and relaxing. The staff were absolutely fantastic, friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Their kindness made us feel right at home. The hotel itself is clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything you could ask for. There are supermarkets, a bakery, and small shops just around the corner, which made daily errands and meals super convenient. If you’re looking for a quiet, comfortable place near the beach with great service and everything within reach, this is the perfect choice. We would definitely stay here again!
