Was cleaned good breakfast lovely personal everything was good

The staff were fantastic and went out of there way to help me as much as they could.

The location was advertised beachfront. It was a good 5 min walk from the beach. Definitely not beachfront.

It was very clean and the terrace was so amazing. Views are some of the best you can get in Ksamil. We had Angel who checked us in and helped us with everything. She was the friendliest receptionist we ever met and made our experience really amazing

Could do with a bit of a better breakfast

The terrace bar with its amazing view. The new, clean, and well-furnished room, with a lovely balcony and a very useful clothes drying rack. The kindness of its staff.

Breakfast starts too late (8.00 AM) for early commitments. The pool is nice but very small. The hill to the hotel is very steep.

The staff was very friendly, the room and breakfast were okay. Plenty of parking and a lovely terrace view are definite pluses.

However, the hotel is located on a hill – the beach is not just a “2-minute walk,” it’s a steep climb back, which can be exhausting. The beach is public, not private as advertised, and you have to pay for umbrellas and sunbeds. There is no restaurant or food service at the hotel besides breakfast – only drinks are available. Also, no elevator, which makes luggage handling difficult. For the price, the hotel feels under-equipped and not at a 3-star level. Ksamil in general is very crowded and not ideal for a quiet, relaxing stay. Conclusion: Friendly service and a nice view, but overall the experience didn’t meet expectations.

The hotel is placed in a more quiet area, away from the main street and night activity. The terrase where you have breakfast and can spend some time in the evening has a stunning view on the beautiful bay. Angela, the hostess was very helpful with all our questions and requests. She gave us great recommendations on the activities, restaurant and beaches.

It is a very steep way up to the hotel, which could be difficult to take if you have mobility issues or just partied too much at night, which we did not :)

The breakfast wasn't bad, but it wasn't anything special either. The sand beach terrace was beautiful and had a great view. The cocktails were good and reasonably priced.

The room wasn't cleaned every day. The receptionist wasn't particularly friendly in this regard. There was no elevator. The hallways smelled faintly of sewage. The pool loungers were very dirty. The pool towels seemed to be from previous guests who had forgotten them. Poor value for money.

The location was very central for all the best beaches and some nice restaurants were so the in walking distance The breakfast was located on a lovely terrace with amazing views of the area. The staff were kind and attentive especially Angela who is amazing and a credit to the hotel

Position is good. Even when there are some problems, Angela is very helpful and tries to resolve it fast. There should be more people like her in the hotel

Pictures are a bit confusing, they rise too much expectation, crazily expensive for what it offers and structure is a bit dirty

The best this hotel has is its staff. Everyone seemed happy and willing to help all the time. Especially Anxhela who had to deal with some of the issues I had during my stay. Honestly, the only reason I’m ranking this hotel high up is the staff.

The place is not beach front as advertised and it’s not four stars. Rooms should have an iron for guests, room service should make beds every day and not every other day. Luckily, Anxhela was there to help with all of these and they solved everything.

The description say this is a beach hotel, but the hotel is located on a hill, which we were unaware of when we made the booking. There is a connection between the two hotels through a garage, which isn’t very ‘charming’. To crowded at breakfast.

Best thing in the stay was the roof and the breakfast even the girl who serves there was very friendly

The cleanliness was maintained in the property including the pool, reception, hallways and breakfast area. Our room has been cleaned properly and the towels have been changed after a day's stay. Our room has the best view of the seaside beauty, day and night. Breakfast is included in our booking and they serve sumptuous food every day. Having your breakfast with a good view in the morning is a treat. In addition, most of the beaches, markets and restaurants were within walking distance of the hotel. I would like to acknowledge the most accomodating, helpful and kind receptionist named Anxhela. She has been one of the best people we have met in Ksamil, Albania. Our stay won’t be comfortable without her presence helping us in every simple way.

Just the view.

The bathroom was not cleaned when we got there. There was urine and a tampon in the closet. You could not close the light on the balcony, you had to sleep with the curtains drawn. There was no proper closet for our 6 day stay for 2 adults and 1 kid, just a huge closet, we had to staple our clothes to three towers. We found a dirty ashtray on the table of our balcony. In the mornings, water drops poured down from somewhere above and wetted the floor. During day time (8-18) it waw impossible to use the pool or stay on the balcony, no umbrella. The pool are was neglected in terms of taking cups, bottles and ashtrays away, there was always stuff lying around and the trash bin was almost always full. The floor never looked whiped and the floor under the pool shower was musty, everyone slipped and fell on the floor there. Worst breakfast on the planet: eggs fried to death and an omlette hard to describe in words. Tomatoes, cucumber (one morning they were super warm and dry), a cheese that tasted like paper and low quality sweets, pastry and bread. The water- and honeymelons were the only thing okay. Coffee was decent, too. We messaged the hotel to ask them to clean our room only twice (Tuesday / Friday) to save water and energy, thing they appreciated but did not do - reason being a lot of reservations and booked rooms. Not our problem. One cleaning lady then randomly came at 3-4 pm to clean our room when we were resting. The hotel bar was rarely staffed in early evenings. We will definitely not come back. Sorry guys, you were very very friendly, it‘s a pity the place is treated so badly.

The hotel was clean and had a beautiful view from the bar area. Rooms were clean and had everything you needed. The bed was huge and quite comfy. Every room had a balcony. We stayed only two nights and our room was cleaned, towels changed. We loved breakfast, and it was a buffet style.

They didn't provide any coffee or tea in a room. The hotel is based on the hill, so prepare for good exercise. Other than that, we loved everything else.
