The bed in our room was a bit creaky

The personnel was very kind and helpful. The room was clean as well as the rest of equipement. The balcony offers a great view to the sea. Breakfest was rich and very tasty, anyone could find his favourite meal. The nearby beach offers enough space for all the visitors. Staying in this hotel was a great experience !

The breakfast could definitely be improved, especially the quality of the coffee and juice. That said, it's fair to mention that the staff made an effort to vary the offerings each day, which was appreciated.

Nothing, everything was fabulous

Amazing hotel run by the kindest people. Just enough out of Sarande to be relaxing but not too far out. Beach across the road was beautiful. Highly recommend anyone to stay here. Amazing breakfast too

We stayed for 4 nights and had an absolutely excellent experience at this hotel. The room had a stunning sea view and was impeccably clean. The service was outstanding; the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. They truly made us feel at home. The breakfast buffet was rich, varied, and very tasty – a perfect start to each day. I fully recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and high-quality holiday. I will definitely stay here again for my next vacation!

The hotel is to be commended. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. The breakfast is perfect, every morning it was different and delicious. The view from the room is phenomenal. There are many restaurants and markets near the hotel, and it takes about 30 minutes to walk to the center. We will definitely come again.

It would have been good to have a hotel supplied Kettle in our room but as we knew there was not one we brought our own Travel kettle, Martin did tell me the hotel could supply a kettle if we had asked for one.

The Agel hotel had just opened for the 2025 summer season and Martin and the staff were super attentive. Instead of the usual buffet breakfast we received a plated full breakfast with coffee or tea. We chose to eat on the terrace for breakfast and our evening meal and table settings were quickly set up outside. We received a WhatsApp daily giving us a choice for our evening meal. Vegetarian meals were very tasty. The view over to Corfu from our 3rd floor room was excellent with no high building in front of us. Private off road parking was easily available right outside the hotel.

Hotel rooms are older, but all was functional.

Nice small hotel in calm part of Sarande. We had a room with beautiful view over sea. Close to the beach and centre with restaurants. Really good breakfast and nice staff.

We loved this place and the people.

We loved this hotel! The staff was incredible, friendly and helpful! The location was excellent, a bit away from the party scene. The sunset view from our room was beautiful. The bathroom was a nice size. The staff was kind enough to let us sample raki!

I liked everything

The Hotel had an elevator which was really helpful. The hotel staff was helpful and they made us feel really great during our stay. The Hotel had enough parking space for our car. The view was great in our room. Sarande town is preaty close and Bistrica beach is also very close to the hotel.
