The room was a bit small for three adults. The stairs were steep, making it difficult to carry large suitcases. While the staff helped us on arrival, there was no one to assist when we left.

The staff was friendly and respectful, breakfast was good, the beach was just across the road, and the room was clean with a very polite cleaning lady.

Staff, the girls helped us with the parking coming with us and getting our stuff from our car. They were kind and generous. The view was beautiful. Breakfast was great.

The check-in experience was a bit unnecessarily complicated.. the parking was in a building on a different street. The entrance was hard to find in the midst of all the other businesses in the same place. Better instructions before coming would have been appreciated - although the girl at the desk was very helpful and accompanied me to the parking lot. Loud at night because many bars right below, and you are directly above them.. not on a higher floor. The whole 'hotel' is just one floor. Only stairs to go to the hotel - not recommended for people who have difficulties walking/disabilities. Would have appreciated a free upgrade to the sea view room which was available the evening we arrived.. but instead they only offered it to pay for an extra 10 euros. The room we stayed was the only one without a sea view, it was like a strange corner room with another building as your view.. felt a bit 'suffocating'.

Breakfast was great - lots of options. Comfortable and clean, modern facilities. Bathroom was very spacious. AC worked well. Complementary water in room.

Choice of breakfast. I was alone, and I received the full breakfast, which no one would be able to eat. It was too big; therefore, I was thinking of how it was a waste of money. But the breakfast tasted delicious.

I'm not saying it's a massive negative but we were the only guests was a very quiet place and we did have to go up the road a 100 metres or so for breakfast which wasn't ideal but it was really close and breakfast was good.

Brand new hotel very clean and lovely rooms. We visited inbetween Christmas and new year and were the only guests. Couldn't fault the room or hotel location was right on strip with a gorgeous sea view.

My friend and I had an amazing experience at this hotel! The owner was incredibly helpful, make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The parking situation is complicated. We have received a map with a pin, but to the wrong reception (we were supposed to have a room in the second). So there was some back and forth walking, basically they asked us to make the check-in first and then park. However, everyhting was solved. I would just recomment to send a screenshot or directions to the parking space, to avoid driving around blocks.

The hotel is modern and clean. It is small, they have just few rooms but they have two locations, two blocks away. Breakfast was okay. We also got a free upgrade to a bigger room since it was available. The staff was very pleasant.

There is no elevator, you have to climb the stairs to the hotel lobby, it is not very convenient with suitcases.

The hotel is new, opened only in the spring, modern renovation, everything is clean and comfortable. From the window you can see the sea, the sea across the street from the hotel. I really liked the breakfasts and the hotel team.

The hotel has two buildings and separate parking. We need to go to the other building every time we need reception and even for breakfast . The city is very very hot.

In the middle of the main sea side road everything is near by just by walk. The staff is so friendly and helpful they help us to the maximum even with trips they drive us to the point of meeting without any extra charges

It’s newly renovated, super clean facilities and it was the best breakfast we had during our time in Albania. It’s a family business and the staff are all extremely nice and were going out of their way to help us. The rooms are large and well furnished. Great view, 1 minute walk to the beach. Overall, great stay and we will be back.

It's not really a big let down, but the breakfast area was on the other building, which took like 3 minutes walking, so you get some steps for your daily intake.

The view from the window was something else! we could see the beautiful blue sea. The bathroom was very new and clean. The room was very spacious and divided in a clever way.

- It does get a little loud outside at night as it’s above restaurants and the main strip - There weren’t many vegetarian options for breakfast/much variety in general - There’s two Adore hotels a few doors down from each other, we checked into the first one and had to walk over to the second hotel as that is where our booking was actually for, so it was a little confusing. However, they were very kind about it and let us decide what room we liked better. - There’s no lift in both hotels, have to take stairs to take luggage upstairs, but the kind man helped us at the start of our stay - Parking is free, which is great, but it’s in a very steep multi garage car park down below, at the back of the hotel. It’s dark, dingy and wet down there.

- The view was absolutely gorgeous, it was so vibrant and close to the beach! We had a panoramic view of the beach, very very nice - Claudia at reception was lovely and accommodating - The room was a good size, lots of storage, hangers and space for bags - The property is new, so everything was clean and pristine - Lightning in the room was good and the main mirror was great for getting ready/taking pictures - It was a lively area, close to plenty of restaurants and shops - Breakfast was okay, they kindly made us fresh vegetarian omelettes - They let us checkin a little earlier than 2pm which was very kind of them - Bed was comfortable and very spacious - Provided amenities such as soap, hygiene packs, shampoo, lotion, dental kits, slippers and coffee/tea area. Drinks in the mini bar (extra charge) - Hotel was decorated nicely, smelt fresh and very clean! Props to the cleaner, she was lovely
