The road outside of hotel was very pour not asphalted not paved the hotel was new but do not justify the price with that bad infrastructure outside

Quite new hotel with great location 100 meters to beach and no noice from tourists at night. 200-300 meters from ferries. Great ocean wiev from rooms and top terrace. Helpsom and service minded host. Highly Recommended....

Everything was great.

The hotel was very nice. Besides being centrally located, it was clean and the breakfast was excellent. The staff were very friendly, polite, and attentive. The owner, in particular, was very helpful. It's perfect for families with children. Most importantly, the view from the rooftop is amazing. Thank you for everything.

No complaints regarding the property but we had a hard time locating the entrance of the hotel due to inaccuracy with google maps

Nice hotel and very close to the beach and boardwalk with all day and nighttime beach activities. Staff were very responsive and a nice breakfast on the rooftop with view over Sarandë was included

Everything was excellent

We did 3 days here and we loved that fact it was located very next to the sea with a very pleasant sea views. Also, the staff was very careful and well mannered and if we had any inconveniences they resolved the problem.

Perfect location at the more quiet part of Sarandë Port by the Ferry Terminal. Great view of the bay. Very clean, comfortable room and a beautiful rooftop terrace where breakfast is served. And most importantly a very friendly and helpful staff! Thanks for everything!

Is in center of sarande.. it was smaller accommodation without the pool.. nothing wrong but again depending what u are after.. for this location everything was 👍 okay

Depending what u looking for .. I was looking for good place to stay in center in okay price and I got it. Clean. Comfy bed and most importantly the owner was super friendly. It felt more like visiting family rather than staying in the hotel. Also the owner was so kind so kind to put personal touch and prepare nice birthday decorations in the room.. very special

Nothing this hotel is absolutely fantastic, the only minor issue was that the WiFi didn't work throughout our stay but don't let that put you off as I am sure it will be resolved very soon.

Hotel is brand new with very modern decor, We loved the small business/interaction with the ownership as we seen the owner a couple of times a day which made us feel like we were supporting a local business and not a huge hotel chain, Rooms were spotlessly clean and cleaned every day, Very reasonably priced, Enjoyable breakfast with a view every morning, Fantastic location a stones throw away from the main promenade of Sarande and the ferry terminal to Corfu, Very comfortable bed, Good air conditioning.
